As always, I enjoy visiting Bredemann Lexus each time as it is a pleasure seeing and interacting with all the staff members I meet upon my arrival. Everyone is very professional, friendly and courteous. Though, my most recent visit (02.25.2015) was one of the best and perhaps a memorable visits I have had thus far. Initially, visited the shop to repair a very minor issue on the vehicle. Once met and discussed the matter with Jose Montanez on-site, he discovered that the vehicle has a recall from the manufacture and it required immediate attention. Jose took ownership of the matter. His extreme professionalism and expertise provided myself and my wife the trust and comfort needed to keep our vehicle in the shop for the day to have the repairs completed. In addition, Jose provided us the nicest 2014 model IS250 as a loaner with a comfort level as if we own the loaner car instead of driving it away as a "loaner" car. I have interacted with Jose at Bredemann Lexus in the past on number of occasions. Each and every time I meet with him regarding my car it makes me enjoy my visit and my interaction with him as well as others. I strongly believe that Jose is simply a professional and a nice gentleman by heart. He cares for his clients both professionally and personally. Professionals like Jose leave me a long-term impression and I do not hesitate to speak my mind about such individuals.

Jose has always provided excellent service when we would bring our vehicles in. He would explain recommended services, costs and patiently answer our questions.

I am a long time Lexus owner. I don't think I will ever drive anything else other than a Lexus car. It's a love attachment that I cannot separate From. Always what keeps me is also the customer service. A rep name Melinda is always and extremely helpful! She's knowledgable and is always more than happy to help with whatever my complaint is. If something is wrong with the product and you want to switch up, the main thing that keeps a customer is the good service! Thank you Malinda!

I went in for an oil change and loved the the service I recieved. I know it wasn't anything big, but I must say that the service I recieved was top notch. Bredemann Lexus is a great dealership to work with both when purchasing a car, as well as servicing a car. I have only had great experiences at this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase and/or service a Lexus. Personally, I work with Jose when getting my car serviced. He is extremely easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure the entire process is enjoyable.

Pat has been my long time service advisor (since the dealership opened). I am on my 5th or 6th car and EVERYTHING about my experience with Bredemann has been great. I had to jump the battery to get started, called Pat and she fit me into the schedule with no appointment. The test showed a new battery was needed and the service was done in less then the 1 hour promised. I have had occasion to call Pat from Tennessee for diagnostic advice when I was on the road and needed a hint more then the manual provided as to what the message and indicator light meant. All in all, this is a great dealership, with great service. The service and sales people seem to have been there forever and they get to know you, your car, and what it takes to help you out. You can't go wrong.

I have a great service experience with the assistance of Malinda N. She is an asset to Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I would highly recommend Malinda and the rest of service Dept employees. Keep up the great work guys...
