I recently had my front head lights refinished at the Bredemann Lexus dealer service center. Malinda suggested it during my last service visit. I waited for the service, which took about two hours, and now my head lights are no longer cloudy and dull! I can even see better at night! They look like new! Thanks, Malinda!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review regarding my experience at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I have always believed that it is the people who make the difference. I have been coming to this dealership for years and must say that Melinda is a pure gem. Management should be extremely proud to have an employee like Malinda whose work ethics demonstrate the highest standards one can ask for. Whenever I come for servicing my car I make it a point that it is Malinda who handles my service needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, is caring and has always shown a genuine interest in providing the best care. She is a true professional who always goes an extra mile. I was just there yesterday to pick up my car after service. Melinda just did not hand me the key, she walked me to my car and, opened the door for me. I can assure you that this is unheard of in the current environment. Malinda is detail oriented and takes great pains to explain everything in detail. She has a charming personality and I can tell that she genuinely enjoys what she does which incidentally she does superbly. Thank you Malinda for everything you have done for me.
