I was looking to sell my 2007 ES 350 and purchase a newer model. I had been to several dealers and had not enjoyed the experience nor the deals. When I arrived at Bredemann I was hoping for something different and I certainly found it. From the moment I walked through the door the experience just felt more positive. I worked with Dave Hahnenstein who listened to what I was hoping to accomplish and then begin working with me to see that it happened. That same day, I traded in my '07 and drove away in a beautiful '12. I highly recommend this dealer - especially, Dave. In fact, we will be going back within the next 4 or so months to get a 2nd car from Dave.

I have always shied away from dealers because of the typical stereotypes which accompany those that work there. But it was a very pleasant surprise to stumble upon a salesman who doesn't fit that mold. From the start, Charles was extremely professional and courteous. He called back when he said he would and provided me with accurate information every single time. As a result, when I went to Bredemann, there were absolutely no surprises and everything was handled exactly as expected. I am now looking for my next Lexus and see absolutely no reason for going anywhere else. Charles has kept me up to date with their car inventory, answered all my questions regarding their available cars, and throughout all this I have not felt pressured a single bit. I know the car that I want and it's a breath of fresh air to work with a salesman who recognizes that. For me, he's been able to strike that balance between providing me with enough information and allowing me to make a decision, and in my view that is what makes for a great salesman.

Last week, I purchased a new car at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. If you are looking for a car sales experience without all of the car sales nonsense, I would highly recommend this dealership. My sales person, Kathy Walsh was knowledgable and helped me leave the dealership with my dream car, but not before showing me how all the cool features work. Both she and her Manager, Tim Ryan told me to contact them anytime with questions or concerns. At every step of the process, I was treated with respect and integrity, which is quite different from my experience with the other Lexus dealers in the Chicago area. I am looking forward to many years of outstanding service to come!

We recently leased a Lexus from Sue Guido here and the experience was by far the best we've ever had shopping for and selecting a car. We planned to lease for three years and then purchase a Lexus at that point; and our only hope is that Sue is still working here so we can by it from her! Every step of the way, Sue kept us informed and offered suggestions. We had selected a certain interior trim but it wasn't one that's readily available and when Sue realized we might not get a car with that within our needed timeframe she was proactive in finding us a car we could really like, and we wound up getting a slightly different model than we requested but are really happy with the outcome. Excellent Dealership I have nothing but high praise for this dealership. They treat you like gold. I bought my 2003 Lexus in 2006 but whenever I go there for service, they treat me as if I just bought the most expensive car in the place. They go above and beyond courteousness, friendliness and just darned niceness. I can't say enough good things about Bredemann Lexus.
