I initially stumble upon this dealership back in 2009. I was't even looking to buy a vehicle, necessarily. But I went in to inquire about the brand and their fleet. Charles Raslina took me out on several test drives. He explained each vehicle and its benefits to me thoroughly. He also took the time to ask about my driving habits, my current vehicle and my overall driving experience. Our interaction educated me to know for the future which type of vehicle best suits my lifestyle. Consequently, I came back to Bredemann Lexus about two months later and made my first Lexus purchase. Moreover, I returned in 2013 to trade in my vehicle for a hybrid. And there was Charles Raslina and crew to help me with my transition. I was shocked (pleasantly) at how much I got for my trade-in. It was the first time I got more back than I owed, and I had over 150K miles on that vehicle. I drive a lot and I have said on several occasions, "I will always own a Lexus." Their customer care exceeds my expectations.

howard meron is the most honest and hardworking salesman...he is knowledgeable, trustworthy and thats why we continue to do business with this man. the purchase of a car of this quality is a big investment for us. we like to keep our cars for 12 to 14 years. lexus has such great service on the cars they keep on going (no this is not a battery commercial)...a big shout out to howard meron salesman at bredeman lexus in glenivew ...he makes buying a car painless and fun and makes it the momentous occasion...we are lucky to drive these beautiful cars and howard guides us to which one would work best for our lifestyles, then he explains all the bells and whistles, slowly until we "get it" and they also offered a very fair amount of money for our very old lexus as a tradein...two thumbs up for howard meron at bredeman lexus. that about does it.

My partner and I visited Bredemann Lexus to lease a new ct200h and we were literally blown away with the kind service we received from everyone there especially our sales lady KATHY WALSH!!! We were skeptical of the car industry after a horrific experience purchasing a car through McGrath in Chicago, but Bredemann turned that around for us just as we walked through the door!! The entire experience was so pleasant and we didn't feel obligated by any means to purchase a car and that felt wonderful. Kathy, her manager, and I believe the finance manager by the name of Rick Lewis worked the numbers out for us and we were able to get our dream car!! We HIGHLY recommend this dealership for any sort of car issue period!! Lastly, it was a very nice touch and gesture that Mr, Bredemann himself thanked us personally when we left his dealership and asked us how everything went, that just shows you what kind of business they run!!

This is my second car I've bought from Bredemann Lexus. Every recommended service has been done there. There has never been one visit that I would not rate as excellent. On a recent visit, the service rep. went way above and beyond to accommodate my situation. When shopping for my most recent car, I almost bought an Acura, but the kind of service that I get at Lexus really tipped the scale in favor of the Lexus. Bought both cars from Wayne in sales. Great experience as well.

Wisconsinites take note. If you are in the market for a Lexus and want an ample selection it’s in your best interest to drive to Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. We reside in SE Wisconsin, which means north to Milwaukee or south to Chicagoland. Inventory and competition led us to Illinois. Overall experience was excellent, but we’re still hurting from the sting we took on our trade. Their offer on the trade was $500 below what another dealer offered us and aligned with KBB (Kelly Blue Book). We asked for more on the trade, but they wouldn’t budge. However… [We're pretty sure we can eat $500 worth of their bagels in 27 months. >:-) ] I’m driving a Lexus with my preferred interior and exterior color. We found the car we wanted on their website and called Bredemann to tell them we were driving down the next morning. We arrived at the dealership and John Hash had the car waiting for us in their showroom. Sue Guido did an excellent job demonstrating the features of the car. She was very thorough and patient as we familiarized ourselves with the auto. We highly recommend contacting Sue for a pleasant car buying experience. John Hash itemized and explained the terms of the lease. Brian Larsen is very amiable and knowledgeable, but… Upon exiting the lot we discovered that we had not been given a copy of the Wisconsin registration application, so we headed back in to retrieve paperwork. We LOVE the car and overall Bredemann Lexus gave us our best experience yet leasing a new vehicle. Even in July it’s a “December to remember.” <3
