I've never felt so good about the experience of buying a car. Howard Meron and Wayne Phillips really listened to me to make sure I was getting the car I that met my needs! No pressure, lots of information. Once I decided to buy, Howard spent even more time making sure I knew my car...and has followed up to schedule follow up appointments since it really isn't possible to master these "computers on wheels" in a single session. He even came home with me to make sure my garage door opener would work properly! I didn't start out planning to buy a Lexus, I keep my cars a long time and research options before I buy. I visit multiple dealerships. Things will be different in the future though since I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else ever again!
