Terrible dealership avoid at all cost
I bought a 2014 Cadillac cts during the finance process I was offered the opportunity to buy extended warranty that covered the paint for three years and power train after paying over 3000.00 for the warranties I find out 6 months later the power train warranty only covers the wheels and tires. I just spent almost 4000.00 on the air conditioner. The extended paint warranty is no warranty it is a scam it is a paint coating that was never applied. On top of those rip offs they charged 1700 for vehicle prep when you buy the car. Vehicle prep does not include cleaning the car this car was filthy and infested with bugs when it was delivered. Vehicle prep does not include making sure the tires are good this car had different sized tires that needed replacement. I replaced the unsafe tires and paid almost 500.00 to have the car cleaned and exterminated. While having the ac repaired it was discovered this car is a flood car Hgreg did not disclose that fact. Avoid this company at all costs

Don’t purchase a vehicle from here
I just purchased a used vehicle from them about a month ago. On my way home the door trim flew off and my rear tire pressure alert came on for low tire pressure. I reached out to my sales rep, (Danny) also reached out to my finance rep (Gusley) and spoke to several employees including sales managers and service dept techs. It took over a week to get any resolution with multiple “Someone will be reaching out to you” but no one ever did. Finally they offered for me to bring it in to get looked at or for them to write a check for $100. The days didn’t work for me to bring it in so I asked for the check of $100…it’s been a month now still don’t have it. I would highly advise to not purchase a vehicle from this place. Customer service has been an absolute nightmare and I’ve been really reasonable and patient.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in with my bf to find him a car. First off when we got there they lied to our faces about not letting us use the loan we got, then seconds later said it was fine, then they said we had to pay for this xxxxxxxx warranty that we didn’t need. Then the manager comes out and says “why did you call me out here”. As a person who works in customer service/hospitality, that response is insane. Like what is that?

Outstanding Service from Yarilet Quiles
I just want to start off by saying that Yarilet Quiles, was the most helpful associate in Hgreg. From start to finish she made the process of finding the right car less stressful as i dont have the best credit score.. She was super understanding knew exactly which route to go, i walked away a happy mom with an Suv which is what i wanted when i walked in, her communication is outstanding i knew what to expect at all times. No Heart
i contacted the dealership to explain 'happened also because they can't change the price of the car from one hour to another and they hung up on the phone and when i contacted on LinkedIn they blocked me speechless a shame and this is treating i customers ? #hgregbad #hgregnogeart #hgreg

Many was very effective, loyal and professional
I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle with one owner on the lot. I also was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep handled me very well. He was very. Many worked miracles with me and was very pleasure. I was very very please with the service and staff that worked with getting my car. I definitely would recommend Many!

I checked the reviews and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Please learn from me and run as far as you can from this dealership. The odds are stacked against you, even with a decent salesman. I am considering legal action against them.

NOT IMPRESSED!
Not impressed. The used jeep I was interested in had water standing in the panels at the rear, had no factory AC, rust on hood. Inside the dealership smells of strong cologne with the music was playing very loud. Manager said he would call me concerning another jeep but never called.

Buyer Beware!!!! Run!!!!! 56,000 miles Junker!
I thought my experience would be amazing. When buying a car, you research. Had overall good reviews. So, I am 30 days into my car ownership, and I now own a 40,000.00 paperweight. I have spoken to Paul, Sophia, Ceasar, and I bought the car from William. I bought a 2016 Camero SS 6 Speed. A car you buy because that is the car you have always wanted not because you need a car. I have had nothing but problems from the beginning of this experience. However, considering the car I wanted, choices and availability are limited. I don't drive alot, take kids to and from school, errands and such. while dropping the kids off at school, the car dies in the middle of traffic, I have to push the car into the gas station with my 9-year-old in the back seat. I'm 5 feet 2 in tall and Fluffy, so that was fun. I call HGreg and drop the car off. they go over things tell me it's nothing every checks out fine. It is important to note that once I got it off the street and got a jump (thankyou good Samaritan), I had to google where the battery was, it's in the trunk. I found that all the coverings were pulled aside, and the battery was right there to be seen. This is 5 days after the car purchase. I had originally asked why the car was in the back and they said it was to detail it. Guess it wasn't. HGreg knew it had an issue and was hoping no one would catch it. It took three weeks of arguing with them, the car was in their shop almost as much as my driveway. On Sept 8, 2022 I noticed a strange noise. I took it over to have my brother in-law check it out. He said leave it here I'm going to have M check it, when he gets home from work at Chevy. I said OK. M says to me, Do Not Drive that, Car. It is dangerous! The problem is the Drive shaft. I then contacted Hgreg and They were not very pleasant, So I Go up there because I'm trying to print my digital contract and it tells me I can't, the file is no longer available. Cesar Tells me they will take it as a trade after they appraise it and I refinance the Difference for any car on their lot. Yes, Cesar thinks that putting someone is the hole for 15,000 is a great idea. I spoke to Pual, and he said that someone would contact me to have the car towed there to be repaired (he hoped). So, I have no alternative and no hope. I Didn't cause any of these problems with this car. HGreg is fully aware of what they have done and continue to do to people. Beware! Also, I would like to add that the paperwork for the gentleman who bought the car before me from Jaguar in west palm beach Fl, on 4/2/2021 is in the glove box, he put approximately 13000 miles on the car. and i also found a knife under the seat where my daughter could have gotten it. The proof of everything i have written is available if interested, and I will be following up on any and all kinds of platforms.
