NOT IMPRESSED!
Not impressed. The used jeep I was interested in had water standing in the panels at the rear, had no factory AC, rust on hood. Inside the dealership smells of strong cologne with the music was playing very loud. Manager said he would call me concerning another jeep but never called.

Buyer Beware!!!! Run!!!!! 56,000 miles Junker!
I thought my experience would be amazing. When buying a car, you research. Had overall good reviews. So, I am 30 days into my car ownership, and I now own a 40,000.00 paperweight. I have spoken to Paul, Sophia, Ceasar, and I bought the car from William. I bought a 2016 Camero SS 6 Speed. A car you buy because that is the car you have always wanted not because you need a car. I have had nothing but problems from the beginning of this experience. However, considering the car I wanted, choices and availability are limited. I don't drive alot, take kids to and from school, errands and such. while dropping the kids off at school, the car dies in the middle of traffic, I have to push the car into the gas station with my 9-year-old in the back seat. I'm 5 feet 2 in tall and Fluffy, so that was fun. I call HGreg and drop the car off. they go over things tell me it's nothing every checks out fine. It is important to note that once I got it off the street and got a jump (thankyou good Samaritan), I had to google where the battery was, it's in the trunk. I found that all the coverings were pulled aside, and the battery was right there to be seen. This is 5 days after the car purchase. I had originally asked why the car was in the back and they said it was to detail it. Guess it wasn't. HGreg knew it had an issue and was hoping no one would catch it. It took three weeks of arguing with them, the car was in their shop almost as much as my driveway. On Sept 8, 2022 I noticed a strange noise. I took it over to have my brother in-law check it out. He said leave it here I'm going to have M check it, when he gets home from work at Chevy. I said OK. M says to me, Do Not Drive that, Car. It is dangerous! The problem is the Drive shaft. I then contacted Hgreg and They were not very pleasant, So I Go up there because I'm trying to print my digital contract and it tells me I can't, the file is no longer available. Cesar Tells me they will take it as a trade after they appraise it and I refinance the Difference for any car on their lot. Yes, Cesar thinks that putting someone is the hole for 15,000 is a great idea. I spoke to Pual, and he said that someone would contact me to have the car towed there to be repaired (he hoped). So, I have no alternative and no hope. I Didn't cause any of these problems with this car. HGreg is fully aware of what they have done and continue to do to people. Beware! Also, I would like to add that the paperwork for the gentleman who bought the car before me from Jaguar in west palm beach Fl, on 4/2/2021 is in the glove box, he put approximately 13000 miles on the car. and i also found a knife under the seat where my daughter could have gotten it. The proof of everything i have written is available if interested, and I will be following up on any and all kinds of platforms.

Aviod Hgreg
Avoid this place like the plague, I purchased a van from them three weeks ago and the motor just blew (yes I had oil in the vehicle) mechanic at Chrysler told me the vehicle was probably abused from day one, they have refused to do anything about it HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP !!

Do not come here!!!!
I just bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and not even a week later my engine overheats. I look and there’s no coolant! They certainly DO NOT inspect cares before selling them. I tried to contact MARCK the one who sold it to me and said there is nothing we can do. He told me also that the car still had a warranty. I go and call Hyundai and it’s expired. This place is awful and you will get ripped off. Have not made one payment on the car and already having issues.

I bought my New-To-Me car yesterday from the West Palm Beach location. I'd been shopping for well over a month and had visited several dealerships. I was so disgusted with the car buying process at all of the dealerships. Shady, shady, shady. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised with my experience at HGreg of West Palm Beach. Angel Victoria was lovely to work with and the opposite of what you imagine when you think "Used Car Salesman". He joked with us, made us feel comfortable. I never felt like I was being "talked at" which is the standard at every other place I'd been to before. Angel was patient with me and the process was very quick. When it came time to work on financing, John Clark was very pleasant and helpful also. I would definitely recommend this place to purchase your vehicle. It was a breath of fresh air.

Terrible experience
I was sold not one, but two bad cars at this dealership. Both Ford Escapes. The first one was a 2018 Ford Escape. Took it home and within a day realized the transmission was blown. The car was jumping all over the place and it was terrifying to drive. Took it back and they assured me my replacement car, a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium would be a better option and a safe car. Within two days, the check engine light came on. They had only reset the check engine light. Turns out, they sold me another bad car with Catalytic converter issues. Of course they will try to say “We try our best to sell good quality cars” but the reality is, they know what issues the cars have. They do not care about your safety or well being, they just want your money. When I called them to complain, the “sales manager” Warren insulted me by asking “what kind of fuel did you use? What gas station did you go to?” As if I don’t know how to operate a car and haven’t been doing so for years! He was rude, cold and got an attitude with me for knowing what I was talking about. He also gave me a song and dance about not being able to give me back my original trade in car, that they had already sent it out to auction. 5 days after my trade in, before the bank even approved my payment schedule? Very doubtful. They just wanted me to be stuck with the car. At no point did they offer me a warranty to cover any of these issues without my car payment jumping dramatically. They said that I can have the car checked out and fixed at their location but out of pocket and with no loaner car. Why should I have to pay for their intentional bad salesmanship and lack of regard to safety? Absolutely disgusted by the way this dealership tried to run game on me. I’m keeping the second car simply because I never want to go back to them. Luckily, I have a good mechanic who is honest and helping me fix the issue. I’m beyond angry with this place. I’ve reported them to a few places. Please do not buy from this location….they intentionally sell unsafe cars to people. They plead with you to write good reviews, but how can you with subpar service and lack of concern for the safety of individuals? Ladies, please be warned they will try to take advantage of you simply because you are female and they think we don’t know anything about cars. Super sexist behavior and definitely needs to be reported.

Great Person
I went with my wife on Sunday. It was a great experience in Hgreg Jeremy guided us. Had an excellent experience working with Jeremy. His customer service and attention to details finding what would best fit my needs was superior to any other experience I have had while shopping for a new vehicle. Thanks to him, I’ll be driving away in my new Subaru Impreza :)

Low pressure car buying experience
I purchased a car from HGreg about a week ago and traded in my old vehicle. I feel like I got a good deal on the vehicle I purchased and a fair offer on my trade-in. Overall the process was smooth, low pressure and painless. Diego was my sales associate. He was very patient and pleasant to deal with even though the dealership was busy. Also had a pleasant experience with Sales Associate John. Kyle from Finance took his time to answer my questions and to make sure all the paperwork was in order.
