Horrible customer service, shady prices. They secretly hype insurance on the deal, huge regret. Never again . Three months waiting for a refund, no one to take your call.

Bad experience
If a no star was an option, I would have picked no star. This place is not professional. I was told the the protective package will be removed. Once my created was run which I take precautions to let people do, paperwork came and the protective package was still on the paperwork. I informed them I can’t buy the car when I was told the protective package was not removed. The salesman just walked away and left all my papers on the counter.

They suck
These people are total liars, told me that the truck was put through a multi point vehicle inspection which wasn't done, oil wasn't changed, air filter was filthy, oil level was low, no wiper fluid torn wiper blades tires had 4 different pressures etc.. run fast don't buy here they add a bunch of charges to the vehicle so you are paying the same as anywhere else

Scam company… It was quite a disappointing experience, and I regret not checking reviews in advance. I'd advise others to be cautious, as I later discovered this company has mainly one-star reviews on Trustpilot, which I wish I had known earlier. Before I waisting my time. I called them to inquire about the car's availability, and they confirmed it and scheduled an appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to get there, but upon arrival, they informed me that only one car was available, and that car was in poor condition, quite dirty, and had numerous missing or broken plastic parts.

Complete waist of time
I was asked to bring the vehicle in so they could give me an idea of the trade-in value of my car. After I received the lowest offer for my car, which is in perfect condition, I looked at a few vehicles. All the vehicles they showed were with issues inside and out. I have never seen so much rust and corrosion on a vehicle They say the cars have passed mechanical inspection and they ask you to pay for it at the final price The only vehicle I was okay with corrosion-wise had a significant issue, WHICH I found during the test drive, and they said I would have to come to them to for them to fix it, and if it doesn't work, then I go and try to fix it with the warranty process. They gave me the lowest trade-in value for my vehicle. If your time is valuable, do not waste it there !!!

HHGREG ARE FOR MYOPIA SUFFERERS ONLY
After conducting an online research on the trade-in value of my car; online trade in value $7500.00 to $8900.00; depending on condition; retail value of $11,900 to 13,900 also depending on condition. The prospective replacement cost of the car I want to buy vary form $14,000 to 18,000. I called the HGreg of Palm Beach for the car I was interested in buying. Being in the southern part of Ft.Lauderdale, I was advised to have my car appraised at the much closer HGreg North Miami location. The North Miami manager advised me: "the marketing location of North Miami would cause the appraisal value of my car to greatly fluctuate than if it was to be appraised in the Palm Beach dealership. The appraised amount given in the North Miami location was exceedingly low; $5500.00. I decided to travel the 57 miles to the Palm Beach location to have my car re-appraised and possibly close the deal. When I arrived, I was told; "the appraisal value given by any one of the HHGreg dealers are the same all over Florida will not be changed or re-appraised." Finally, I decided to travel a couple of hours west, to Venice Florida where I bought a much newer car at a much lower price and was offered $7900.00 for my car, a $2400.00 increase from the $5500.00 that was given to me by HGreg. With such contradictory statements and the associated low appraised value, HHGreg should be reserved for MYOPIA sufferers only. I shall forever, avoid all HGreg dealerships in the future for their lack of honesty and manipulative tactics.

Terrible dealership avoid at all cost
I bought a 2014 Cadillac cts during the finance process I was offered the opportunity to buy extended warranty that covered the paint for three years and power train after paying over 3000.00 for the warranties I find out 6 months later the power train warranty only covers the wheels and tires. I just spent almost 4000.00 on the air conditioner. The extended paint warranty is no warranty it is a scam it is a paint coating that was never applied. On top of those rip offs they charged 1700 for vehicle prep when you buy the car. Vehicle prep does not include cleaning the car this car was filthy and infested with bugs when it was delivered. Vehicle prep does not include making sure the tires are good this car had different sized tires that needed replacement. I replaced the unsafe tires and paid almost 500.00 to have the car cleaned and exterminated. While having the ac repaired it was discovered this car is a flood car Hgreg did not disclose that fact. Avoid this company at all costs

Don’t purchase a vehicle from here
I just purchased a used vehicle from them about a month ago. On my way home the door trim flew off and my rear tire pressure alert came on for low tire pressure. I reached out to my sales rep, (Danny) also reached out to my finance rep (Gusley) and spoke to several employees including sales managers and service dept techs. It took over a week to get any resolution with multiple “Someone will be reaching out to you” but no one ever did. Finally they offered for me to bring it in to get looked at or for them to write a check for $100. The days didn’t work for me to bring it in so I asked for the check of $100…it’s been a month now still don’t have it. I would highly advise to not purchase a vehicle from this place. Customer service has been an absolute nightmare and I’ve been really reasonable and patient.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in with my bf to find him a car. First off when we got there they lied to our faces about not letting us use the loan we got, then seconds later said it was fine, then they said we had to pay for this xxxxxxxx warranty that we didn’t need. Then the manager comes out and says “why did you call me out here”. As a person who works in customer service/hospitality, that response is insane. Like what is that?
