I bought a 2016 VW tIguan from Hgreg the ending of june,

I bought a 2016 VW tIguan from Hgreg the ending of june, in the first week I had to take it back to them to remove and replace bad parts, within two months, the sensors were gone and before five months, the car shutdown on me in traffic, went back to them, they told me I had a warranty so I should take it to the dealership. I did,upon inspection the dealership told me the Engine is ceased and the warranty doesn't cover a engine, so I need a new engine, which cost more than the value of the car, the other warranty they(Hgreg) gave me was for a paint job. So I went back to them regarding the engine, and was told, they can't do nothing & giving me some bull, the so called manager then told me that they would take back the car, put a new engine in, sell it to someone else and I would still have to do the payments, so the scammers will be getting two different payments for a LEMON. People please do Not purchase any vehicle from HGreg. I thought Hgreg was a honest reputable company, but my experience shows me they are not. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HGREG AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.

Bad experience don’t waste your time and money

The worst service in the world, they are thieves. They sell damaged cars and only give a 5-day warranty. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 1 month ago and I have already had to take it to the mechanic twice due to engine failures. When I wrote to the seller that he was "the seller of the month" I got no response. Now it seems that the engine is burning oil and no one is going to answer for this. Don't waste your time shopping at Hgreg.

The people that work there are terrible rude asf

Worst management and staff they ignore your calls when you need them but calling non stop when they need you to sign paperwork after the next you get a call from them saying car already sold in think they just want people information so they can use for other things?💩💩🤡🤡

Don’t waste your time, go anywhere but HGreg

There isn’t a rating low enough for this dealership. After calling and discussing a 2016 Corvette that I was assured was on the WPB lot and receiving 6 text messages in less then 12 hours making sure I was coming the next day, even one just an hour before arrival I’m told by the sales team the corvette is not there and in fact it was sent out for repairs at least three days earlier. I drove for over two hours and 100+ miles for this nonsense with absolutely no apologies or reason for this happening, just oh well don’t know what to tell you vehicle not here. I doubt the vehicle even exist. It’s likely a vehicle priced just right to lure potential buyers into the dealership. Afterwards I see that there are literally 100’s of dissatisfied customers who have encountered every form of dishonesty and been scammed but every imaginable tactic possible. Stay away from this dealership and let everyone you know to beware.

Horrible servicio for refund

Horrible customer service, shady prices. They secretly hype insurance on the deal, huge regret. Never again . Three months waiting for a refund, no one to take your call.

Bad experience

If a no star was an option, I would have picked no star. This place is not professional. I was told the the protective package will be removed. Once my created was run which I take precautions to let people do, paperwork came and the protective package was still on the paperwork. I informed them I can’t buy the car when I was told the protective package was not removed. The salesman just walked away and left all my papers on the counter.

They suck

These people are total liars, told me that the truck was put through a multi point vehicle inspection which wasn't done, oil wasn't changed, air filter was filthy, oil level was low, no wiper fluid torn wiper blades tires had 4 different pressures etc.. run fast don't buy here they add a bunch of charges to the vehicle so you are paying the same as anywhere else

Scam company… It was quite a disappointing experience, and I regret not checking reviews in advance. I'd advise others to be cautious, as I later discovered this company has mainly one-star reviews on Trustpilot, which I wish I had known earlier. Before I waisting my time. I called them to inquire about the car's availability, and they confirmed it and scheduled an appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to get there, but upon arrival, they informed me that only one car was available, and that car was in poor condition, quite dirty, and had numerous missing or broken plastic parts.

Complete waist of time

I was asked to bring the vehicle in so they could give me an idea of the trade-in value of my car. After I received the lowest offer for my car, which is in perfect condition, I looked at a few vehicles. All the vehicles they showed were with issues inside and out. I have never seen so much rust and corrosion on a vehicle They say the cars have passed mechanical inspection and they ask you to pay for it at the final price The only vehicle I was okay with corrosion-wise had a significant issue, WHICH I found during the test drive, and they said I would have to come to them to for them to fix it, and if it doesn't work, then I go and try to fix it with the warranty process. They gave me the lowest trade-in value for my vehicle. If your time is valuable, do not waste it there !!!
