Great and easy process!

Loved the way I was treated with a lot of attention and importance! Bought my 2018 Mercedes C300 with an amazing price and lots of choices to choose from. I recommend everyone to go to a HGREG near you!

Beware

Bought expensive car. Paperwork did not list aftermarket wheels/rims. They were removed by someone and not disclosed by dealer. 5800 for original ones not including tires! Most people are not car experts! Beware - look at your wheels/rims

Don’t do it!

My whole experience with HGreg has been nothing but headache after headache. My fiancé and I were looking into a Tacoma at HGreg of West Palm. We spoke to someone on the phone that would help us with everything especially since we live 4 hours away. We gave the sales associate all of the information and didn’t hear back for at least 48 hours. We called again, gave the same information and our credit was ran. Again, no response for a while. We had Sunday off, and I call to see what is going on and the sales associate we were dealing with was at another location meaning nobody could help. It was ridiculous. I spoke with a manager and he told me he would try and get our paperwork. (Credit being ran a second time) He did and we made the drive to West Palm, (apparently, they couldn’t transfer the vehicle to a sister location closer to us). We get to West Palm at 5:30p. The truck looks great, drives great or so we thought at least. They state that they do a multi-point inspection on their vehicles. We brought up a blemish that was on the Carfax where it mentions structural damage only to be told that the truck is good, and everything has been fixed. The antenna wasn’t on securely, but we were told that Toyota could fix that no problem. A month later, (I haven’t even made my first payment on it yet) I get the chance to take the Truck to Toyota to get routine maintenance and to have them check on the antenna. I get a call saying there is structural damage to the roof and there is rust and dents. The roof will need to be replaced. Starting quote of $3400! How is it that a HGreg can pride themselves on selling a truck stating on the website “If any vehicle fails to meet our standards, we won’t sell it. Plain and simple. That’s why, besides sharing each car’s full-service history, we subject every vehicle to our thorough Trust Verified Multi-Point Inspection. Bottom line— we want you to be so satisfied with your purchase that you’ll recommend us to your family and all your friends.” when obviously they did nothing! I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Toyota in my local city even stated that they should have never sold us this truck. I feel that we were taken advantage of and lied to. I plan on taking the truck back to Toyota so they can check the rest of the truck to see if there is any more damage that we were not aware of. At this point, I would like HGreg to either pay for the repairs in its entirety or come pick up the truck and give me my money back.

$999 dealer fee added to price PLUS taxes PLUS

Watch out!! I was about to buy my plane ticket to Florida to pick up a vehicle I liked. Luckily I had a gut feeling that I should dig deeper. When you call they tell you to come on in and look at the vehicle but if you dig deeper what you will find out is there is $1,000 dealer fee plus taxes plus title fee plus transport and it ends up being thousands and thousands of dollars added to the price that they have it listed for. In my opinion that's fraud but apparently it's legal in Florida somehow.

GMC Yukon

I had a great experience buying a new car from Hgreg .Antony And Ben, were e a true professional and it was obvious, I'm quite cautious when purchasing this type of value; however, they were able to answer any queries that I had and took us on a detailed tour of the inside and out of the car. Very pleased with the purchase we did with Antony through that end. Their attention to detail and our, satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! Poor Customer Service

I'm mostly pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the price. I can't say I'm at all impressed with the dealership and their service. This company claims to "redefine the car buying experience". This is what I found that to mean: 1. During the car buying experience, it was often hard to get calls back and questions answered. 2. Once the car was sold to me, the salesperson disappeared and was not to be found. 3. When I completed the finance documents, they tacked on the license plate and said goodbye. Despite the document they had me sign earlier that said they would walk me through the car features and functions, nobody did this or even offered to do it. The car was not fueled, either, as the salesman promised. 4. Good luck trying to speak to a manager after your purchase. I called several times and was told a manager would call me back within ten minutes. No calls, three times in a row. 5. My car was missing a second key and a passenger floor mat. I complained, finally, to a "manager" that I finally reached after trying all day. All he could do is tell me is that even though the description said "upgraded floor mats" that if it was missing, tough luck. And, no second key...that's just how it comes. So much for my $1,000 dealer prep fee. Needless to say, this may be "redfefined car buying experience", but I found it to be horrible customer service. Once you buy, they are done with you.

Excellent Experience ! KUDOS for the team

Great Experience! I drove 45 Miles to HGreg WestPalm to find the right car at a fair price. The salesman, Mr. Alejandro O., helped me test drive the car and provided all reports/history of it. The finance process was painless and fast. Mr. Armando B., the finance manager, was friendly and not pushy. I am very satisfied with the total experience. Congrats Team

Finance manager beware!

We purchased a BMW 4 series at the HGREG location in west palm beach. The salesperson was very helpful. After agreeing on everything we were sent into the finance office to work with Anthony Wolter. This process took a very long time and Anthony was very confusing. The payment was much higher than we were expecting and he informed us it was because of the add-on products that the bank required us to purchase. After we got home and began to review all of the paperwork, none of the documents pertaining to the “add-on” products were in there. After discussing and the extra $10,000 in products that we did not want or knew that we Had to take, we decided to return the vehicle. We spoke with “Richard”, Anthony’s supervisor, or so we were told. He advised that we signed the documents and it had been longer than 3 days since our purchase so there was nothing he could do either. We feel like we were severely taken advantage of by Anthony and his deception and trickery is normal business for him and his supervisor Richard. I would highly encourage anyone thinking about dealing with this dealership and these 2 especially, to make sure you look at Every form closely and compare the amount financed to the amount you are told by the sales department. We will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau also.

Easy and pleasant experience

Courtney Wilson was a breath of fresh air! He really made the whole car buying process pleasant and easy. The whole process and environment for buying a car was just great. Highly recommend.
