I worked with Darrell Cross for the second time recently.

I worked with Darrell Cross for the second time recently. He had a specific vehicle ready for to inspect and test drive when I I arrived shortly before the appointment time. Unfortunately that vehicle wasn't quite what I wanted so Darrell used my criteria to find several other options, one of which fit my needs and wants. That was followed by acceptable terms . I am very satisfied with the entire process. Dan Cummins large inventory pretty much guaranteed a vehicle for me. I don't see myself dealing with anyone else in the future

After visiting several car lots here in Lexington, I

After visiting several car lots here in Lexington, I decided to visit Dan Cummins of Georgetown. My salesman, Michael McMackin treated me like we have known each other for years. He was nice, courteous and listened to what I was wanting instead of forcing me to spend my money on something I was not going to be happy with. My transaction took awhile (because I'm picky lol) but he followed up with me by calling me and sending me pictures of cars he thought I may like which only made me trust him as my salesman. I could say a lot about Mike but most of all I want to say THANK YOU!!! FOR YOUR HELP! I'm very happy with my new ride my friend. Keep up the good work YOU ROCK!!

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dan Cummins

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dan Cummins Car Dealer that I feel compelled to share. I put down a deposit on a car, expecting that the deal would be honored. However, to my dismay, they sold the car to someone else who offered more money, despite my deposit and prior commitment. The excuses I received for this breach of trust were nothing short of disappointing. The dealership’s representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, offering weak justifications for their greed-driven decision. Their lack of professionalism and respect for customer agreements was evident throughout the ordeal. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disrespected. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and be wary of their practices. It's a shame to see a dealership prioritize profit over customer integrity and trust.

This was a poor experience.

This was a poor experience. You can follow the email trail and text trail on the purchase of this vehicle. I'm 74 years old and I felt like I was being treated like an 18-year-old buying a car from a used car salesman. Besides the delivery not being handled very well, pricing was sent on two separate proposals. I never haggaled around the price and I never hagled on the trade-in. The sales tax was charged the same for both proposals at the higher rate. There's a recall about $500 more. The deal was completed on Friday night , the transportation company did not get the order till Monday at five. There is been no explanation on the delivery. Seems to me if you're delivering a vehicle out of town you would have a local jeep dealer set up to go over the delivery instructions.

Had an issue on a used vehicle I bought.

Had an issue on a used vehicle I bought. Stan and his manager resolved it so I was satisfied. They made it right. Good to see customer satisfaction is still valued. Will look their and recommend to friends for next vehicle
