10 out of 10! Sam Donaldson was an amazing! He greeted us immediately and went straight to work! He listened and explained everything so well! He took his time to make sure we knew all the details about our new vehicle we were purchasing! He couldn't have done any better!! He made the experience worth it! Miles Goff was also amazing!

BUYER BEWARE

Beware bought a suv over 30k and was told by salesman Dion. It’s as is but if something happens within the first week or so we will take care of you. Had engine light 1st day purchased was told to bring it to them to check it out. Was told it was ok they can’t duplicate an issue. Took it to another dealership had cats replaced. I kept them in the loop they offered to split the bill or since it’s a problem vehicle they can trade up but not even. Had it fixed cost me 1200 they kept their promise on splitting the bill. But I put spark plugs and wires in the vehicle another 200 and noticed the exhaust manifold bolts was broke on bank one. Had to have that fixed another 1k outta pocket. Front brakes was dead I fixed that another 200 outta my pocket. And the car still sputters so I’m assuming there is more than just exhaust problems. But apparently they don’t know how to check codes or diagnose so dont count on them to fix anything. I’m out thousands so far and it looks like it’s still ongoing. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON AND WAS ONLY OFFERD TO SPLIT A BILL FOR ONE FIX….. AND OFFERED TRADE UP AND NOT TRADE EVEN TO FIX THE SOLUTION…. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

horrible salespeople. on a 110k truck they suddenly midway through the deal decided to sell the truck to ones of their personal friends. they then later called back and asked if i would pay 25k over sticker they would back out of the other deal and now suddenly sell me the truck. i told them they could rub the truck on their chest.

I drove 1 hour to test drive a truck that was unsafe to drive. Parking brake inoperative shook so bad I turned around and returned to the dealer. No apologies just tried to sell something else. They are still calling and emailing after I asked them not to.

No apology still. Is it that hard to say we are sorry you drove 1 hour each way and the truck I was looking at was not in a condition to sell after I called to verify that it was in good condition and was told that you wouldn’t list it if it wasn’t in good shape. The only concern the sales person and sales manager wanted was to sell me a different vehicle.
