My daughter bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade from Dan Cummins
My daughter bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade from Dan Cummins last year. I’m writing this review because we co-signed for her. We were looking for a used dependable car with a cheaper payment as our daughter was single and pregnant. We were told from the sales person at least two times that this will only be a two year loan at 321.00 a month. We all heard him say that. We signed the papers and drove home. She had her car payment was automatically deducted from her checking account. Imagine our surprise when she made her 12th payment and she had three more years to pay on a car that’s not worth 1000.00. We reached out to the dealership and finally got a response after I put up our first review. The manager said that they would send 1000.00 to go towards the balance of the loan and offered to pay to get the key fixed. That it would help when she traded it in. As he offered the 1000 dollars he asked us to remove the review. Since then, we’ve had to surrender the jeep as it has so many problems and stalls while it’s being driven. Completely unsafe to drive. Pay attention people.

Lemons a plenty at Dan Cummins
Nope. They sold me one car that was not drivable after a month. Between the two cars I had to pay off and the interest I learned a valuable $8,000 lesson. Never buy another car from these people again.

BUYER BEWARE
Beware bought a suv over 30k and was told by salesman Dion. It’s as is but if something happens within the first week or so we will take care of you. Had engine light 1st day purchased was told to bring it to them to check it out. Was told it was ok they can’t duplicate an issue. Took it to another dealership had cats replaced. I kept them in the loop they offered to split the bill or since it’s a problem vehicle they can trade up but not even. Had it fixed cost me 1200 they kept their promise on splitting the bill. But I put spark plugs and wires in the vehicle another 200 and noticed the exhaust manifold bolts was broke on bank one. Had to have that fixed another 1k outta pocket. Front brakes was dead I fixed that another 200 outta my pocket. And the car still sputters so I’m assuming there is more than just exhaust problems. But apparently they don’t know how to check codes or diagnose so dont count on them to fix anything. I’m out thousands so far and it looks like it’s still ongoing. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON AND WAS ONLY OFFERD TO SPLIT A BILL FOR ONE FIX….. AND OFFERED TRADE UP AND NOT TRADE EVEN TO FIX THE SOLUTION…. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
