Our QX56 has been serviced there for the past few years, and Jason, my service contact, put me in touch with Joel, my sales associate, who was fantastic. Joel was able to locate the vehicle I wanted from a sister location, have it delivered within a couple of hours, and had it fully detailed and ready to buy. Bought a QX 60 from this dealership. Ivanny took the time to provide a thorough overview of the vehicle and schedule a test drive. He and Malik then worked in team-like fashion to get a deal done...all in a "no pressure" atmosphere. Zach, in Finance, proved efficient with the final paperwork. After the purchase, we wanted a few accessories installed. Ivanny and Malik were right there to make sure the service was scheduled promptly. On January 20th we were blessed to meet sale associate Mr. Joel. Our experience from the moment we met with Mr. Joel he started with a very informative description of every option available with the 2016 QX80. But unfortunately, we were not able to complete this deal. Mr. Joel saw this as a opportunity to show his determination and resourcefulness to get us a better deal.
