I found a great Jeep at a great price. I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee with HEMI and found the one I wanted out of state at Infiniti Motor Werks OF Hoffman Estates. I was in the market for a different car and worked with Atanas to get as much information about it via email as I could and he was very helpful in doing that. He wasn't pushy like a lot of salespeople I've dealt with and made the actual purchase of the vehicle fairly quickly.

This was my third vehicle purchase and I was very happy with it as a whole. From the first time I met with Atanas, to wrapping up the finances with Michael, the experience was streamlined and top notch. The first time I came to see the car, it was detailed and waiting in a garage for me, with only a slight delay to get my drivers license. A very laid back and non-pressured buying experience. Once I decided to make the deal with Atanas, we were immediately brought together with Rick to iron out the final details, and then whisked away to finish it off with Michael. The entire process is quick and easy, while still being incredibly thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. When I decide to replace this car, I will absolutely go to this dealership and would recommend it to any family member or close friend that is in the market for a vehicle. 10/10, will buy again.

I took the train from Michigan to the dealership outside of Chicago for a 1:00 scheduled appointment. My plan was to test drive the vehicle and if I loved it to drive it home to Michigan. Loved the car, had a few questions which were addressed by the GM. Agreed to purchase the vehicle and waited over 2 hours to get the paper work processed on a cash deal. The actual process only took 10 minutes, the wait was 2 hours to get in to see the right guy. We did not drive off the lot until after 6:00pm. While I love the car, I would have to rate my overall experience as below average. I would expect more from a luxury car dealership.
