Terrible Experience @ Infiniti of Hoffman Estates
Just bought a used 2010 QX-56, Top of the Line with approx 7500 miles on it from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. They sold it as a "Certified" unit and represented it was in no prior accidents. Upon delivery it was readily apparent it was previously damaged and repaired very poorly, and they did not perform the necessary repairs to make it right or backup what they promised during the sale. Appears to be TOTAL Misrepresentation from our point of view. Lots of pressure and promises during the sale, BUT very little to NO performance to backup what they sold. We are now going to Arbitration to try and get things straightened out. Very frustrating, and unfortunate because we are (or were) very happy Infiniti Owners. Be Careful !!!

I've been using this dealer for my services while I bought G35 from them and never had any problems. About three weeks ago, I went to the dealer and wanted to sell my G35 back to the dealr and made deals with person name Stewart but when I got the check from the dealer, it was $500.00 less than what we agreed to. He said he never said such amount that I was expecting. Which wasn't true but he completely ignored it. I had no choice but take the car back and took the deal off. When dealer gave me back my title, it was already signed by Infinity of Hoffman Estates and when I asked Steward title is not good for me to take but told me I shouldn't have any problem taking the title back to anyother dealr. Which was wrogn information !!! when I took the car back to other dealer, they refused to make the purchase because they require clean title. Now, I have to get new title which will cost me. When I wanted to talk to the Stewart because of the problem, but he never picked up the phone nor returned my call. Completley igored me! this is absolutely terrible service i've ever had from the dealer.

I took my car in yesterday for an extended warranty...
I took my car in yesterday for an extended warranty repair. Both front wheel bearings and 1 front tie-rod needed to be replaced which was covered under the warranty. The service department ended up having to break off both of my front ABS sensors because they were rusted out. I also had to pay for an extra hour of labor for the tie-rod installation as my extended warranty company didn't alot enough time for the dealership. I ended up buying two new OEM sensors from Amazon.com for $220 and saved over $200 over the dealership price; Joe installed them at no charge for me. *This is the second time I had to take in my '05 FX35 for front wheel bearing and tie-rod issues in the last 12 months and it only has 67,000 miles on it.

I was shopping for a new QX for awhile. Joel kept me informed througout a couple of months until I found what I was looking for. He passed me on to Jason K. We were able to get the deal done. Took a bit longer than I thought it should to get out of there but it was done. He also took care of a scratch that was on the vehicle the next week. The sales manager was very friendly as well as helpful. Thanks guys.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 2 weeks...
I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 2 weeks and I always thought Infiniti was out of my price range. I was looking online one night and looked at the G25x and saw that it was possible for me to own this car. I had emailed the dealership with the interest of getting a G25x black on black and within a half hour, Eugene had replied back letting me know he had one in stock. I told him that I would arrive on Saturday morning around 9-10 and sure enough Eugene was waiting for me. Took it for a test drive and absolutely fell in love with the car. Coming from a sports car that had a lot of power, I was ready for luxury and comfort and Eugene fixed me up with the right car. Thanks to Eugene and the rest of the staff at Hoffman Estates Infiniti, I drove away in my new car a few hours later. One of the friendless dealerships I have been too and Eugene is a top notch Sales person who is very knowledgeable

My overall experience with infinti hoffman was a great one. I was interested in a 2008 infiniti g35x sport. I put my contact information on their website and i would say about a half hour later Jason contacted me asking if i was able to come in. I was there one hour later and was greeted by Jason in a friendly manner, we took the car for a test drive. We sat down to work out the financing and i was able to get a decent rate. I drove home that night in my new car.

I would highly recommend this dealership. It is difficult to make a decision about a new car, but I felt Joel and Mike, and the rest of the people I met there were knowlegeable, friendly, and very down to earth. If you love infinitis, then you will love this dealership.
