A very good experience overall. The sales person I had, Nik Joshi, was very good: he was patient, forthcoming, was really trying to be as accommodating as possible. I would have given a rating of 5, but there were some minor incidents that detracted from the experience. 1. Additional time was not taken to explain how everything worked inside the car. 2. I also would have liked to have been provided a CarFax without asking (which I forgot to do). 3. The finance guy did not know the amount of my down payment (65%) which caused the banks to come back with a higher interest rate. After resubmitting the finance request with correct down payment info the bank came back with a much lower interest rate.

The delear helped me to get exactly what I wanted and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I also thought they were very fair with the price negotiations.

Best deal in town on a new G37 IPL lease. Chris Conglis was very professional and honest during our negotiations. I left the dealership with my new G37 feeling that I received a great deal and was very happy with my experience at Hoffman Infiniti. Jason was also a big help in showing me all the features this car has to offer. I recommend this dealership and will be back again myself.

Pat was great. The experience was very pleasurable with no pressure at all. The only thing I would have liked was for a little more knowledge on the car I was looking at. I asked a couple questions Pat wasn't sure of that seemed pretty basic. I also would have liked to have been provided a CarFax without asking (which I forgot to do). If I can still get it that would be wonderful for my records. Nonetheless, it was a very worthwhile trip, experience, and purchase.

Jason was respectful, patient. low key, while being very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way, as did Mike, to work within our time frame and to provide us with all of the information we requested. We never felt pressured. We felt that Jason and Mike worked with us in a positive manner to the satisfaction of both sides. Our car buying experience was the best we have ever had.

Much better experience than at the other dealers (Lexus, Acura & other Infiniti dealer). Alan Murad was very knowledgeable & helpful without pushing me to make a quick decision. Leased a M37X at a very reasonable price. Alan knows the workings of the car backwards and forwards and made it easy to understand all the new technology in this car. The entire experience was the best I've had.

I worked with Mark Krolikowski. Mark did a terrific job answering every question that I had and provided me with additional information I didn't think of. He was very accomodating without being pushy. I was evaluating Infinity, Acura and Cadillac. Mark brought the Infinity vehicle to a Motor Works Cadillac deal, so we could look at them side by side. Mark is very professional and will do everything he can to exceed your expectations.

Nick Joshi and Chris Conglis made my vehicle purchase a great experience. They go above and beyond what other dealers will do to make sure you are completely comfortable with your decision. This is my second vehicle from them, and I am always taken care of. I would recommend them anytiime!

I worked with Jason Kopczynski, who was phenominal to work with! He is not your average "sales guy". He was not pushy and very helpful. I would go back to him in a heartbeat and encourage everyone looking for an Infiniti to talk to Jason first! I trust him. The car I got was what I was looking for and for a fairly good value. The service from Jason was outstanding. He went above and beyond in the sales process and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

The entire experience was very pleasant.. Nik really went the exta mile and maintained a high level of professionalism through my purchase period. He did a great job explaining the benefits of this car to me and the dirrerence between pre-certified and not-precertified.
