I truly enjoyed working with everyone at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I especially enjoyed working on the initial deal with Jason Yap. Jason was straight-forward from the beginning of the negotiations. We worked out a fair deal for a 2011 Infiniti G37x AWD vehicle. The completion of the deal was just as pleasurable an experience with Jason Kopczynski . I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. That doesn’t happen very often and has never happened with my prior new car buying experiences. I was impressed by the Sales Manager, Michael Smalley. Mike gave me what I wanted on my trade-in which sealed the deal. I also decided to purchase the extended warranty for added peach of mind. I forgot the gentlemen’s name that convinced me to buy the extended warranty but he was great. I look forward to a long relationship with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates.

Nic was great to work with and made the whole process of leasing a new car a very stress free expirence. Would highly recomend this dealership and Nic to anyone looking to buy or lease.

My overall experience with this dearlership is Good, I would not hessitate to purchase another vehicle here. My rating reflect on the fact that one of the cosmetical repairs was not completed satisfactory and it happennned to be the most noticeable one. The fault lies in the personnel that come to the facility a few times a week to remove dents and scratches etc, in my opinion they should have been able to the work, that they are supposed to be qualified to do. This infinity dealership should strive for better in this area. The salesman which I worked with Nik Joshi, made the whole deal pleasant Nik understood the buyers perspective, and listened to what I was looking for, he was not pushy or rude. Nik was good in communicating with me via phone & email during and after this purchase. In my opinion Nik is an asset to this dearlership, I was glad to have met and dealt with him. Nik is currently still working for me in obtaining the original owners manual to my 2008 Dodge Dakota Laramie. Good job Nik. I had no bad experience whatsoever at this dearlership, it was clean and the people working there were friendly.

I initially set up an appointment to test drive an Infiniti G37 convertible. My sales persone was John Lee. After the test drive I wasn't convinced, then John offered to test drive the coupe, which I fell in love with. I wanted to buy a used G37x to fit my budget. After a very long day, at the end, John helped me get a brand new G37x to fit my budget. I am very grateful because I never thought I would be driving a brand new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales person to friends and family. I am very happy with the overall customer service.

Everyone was great. Very friendly, great selection. Jason went through and explained all of the vehicles features and showed me how to program everything, etc ( he was very patient). Mike explained all of the financing in great detail. When all was done, they both contacted me to see how I was doing with the vehicle and if I had any questions. I have already recommended this dealership to several of my co-workers- including my boss. I will continue to do business with this dealership.

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He had the requested car available for me when I arrived to test drive. Jason was accommodating even when I wanted to see another vehicle that was not planned. Although I did not test drive the other vehicle he was apologetic for not having it available. Jason made sure to provide the proper tools needed for my purchase, user manual and batteries for the remotes that were low and in need of replacement. Dan worked with me and was very nice and accommodating even when the deal changed. Thanks for the sale, I will definitely enjoy my G35X. Chris, I met briefly, but thanks for stopping in to meet me prior to the sale.

Good buying experience...no pressure... They just provided info/answers as requested. They also worked hard to get the car ready (paint sealant/etc.) with a very short turn-around as I was getting ready to leave town. I highly recommend them to those interested in this brand of car.

Can't say enough good things about this buying experience. Dare I say it was enjoyable. Alan and Mike were professional and respectful as I vacillated back and forth. We never felt pressed or pressured. Alan's sense of humor was right up my alley and put us at ease. I would recommend Infiniti of Hoffman and Alan and Mike to anyone looking to purchase.
