Great, very clean, and extremely friendly environment. always on time with my vehicle. Beautiful building, with an amazing staff. Hoffman estates infiniti will always be the dealer ship im bringing my vehicle too.

The service department is great. They were professional, prompt and friendly. The waiting area is clean and has plenty of room. I appreciated how quickly they did my oil change.

The experience here was amazing. I started the process over the phone with Rich and ended with Alec. He had everything prepared when we walked in They greeted us and got us in and out in a short time. I LOVE MY QX50 very much. Thank you Infinity of Hoffman for the great service.

Service department did a fantastic job of communicating and completing the work in a timely fashion. Price seemed reasonable for the work completed and the loaner vehicle was clean.
