I found an Infiniti QX70 that I was looking for on Cargurus.com that was located at this dealership. I submitted an information inquiry, I was promptly contacted by sales person Stan Mulica. He provided all the information I asked for plus an excellent walk around video of the vehicle since I live in Arkansas. The purchase transaction went very smoothly and Stan also provided me with information to have the vehicle transported to Arkansas.

I had done my fair share of homework prior to going. I was a bit nervous about the games many car dealers play but was delightfully surprised to have dealt with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Joel Gappa was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and honest, Maria and Duane were incredibly friendly and Joe found me a great rate. With that said, I felt that Joe Vallejo attempted to pressure me way too much to purchase a superfluous warranty and seemed more like a used car salesman than the used car salesmen. For that reason, I'm giving him 2 stars.

The sales manager tried to charge me for items already on a used vehicle. They lost my new license plate before I took possession. I’m still waiting for a replacement. The vehicle was missing one of the floor mats. I can’t say I would buy another vehicle from there, however I am happy with the one I purchased. On another note, the sales person was a pleasure to deal with. His name is Rich.
