I can't Ziegler Infiniti enough. It was an emergency close to closing time after an accident . Arriving only a few minutes until closing, the staff accepted my car which had been damaged in an accident near by. From the minute I walked in the door, I was completely taken care of. Bill Neuman put me at ease, even improvising a form to get the needed info to the service department manager ! Carlo Alvar promptly called as was promised when the dealership opened again on Monday morning. From there out, he and his team assessed, and advised on the repairs needed. The work was completed quickly and was quality work. All in all a great experience!
