I can't Ziegler Infiniti enough. It was an emergency close to closing time after an accident . Arriving only a few minutes until closing, the staff accepted my car which had been damaged in an accident near by. From the minute I walked in the door, I was completely taken care of. Bill Neuman put me at ease, even improvising a form to get the needed info to the service department manager ! Carlo Alvar promptly called as was promised when the dealership opened again on Monday morning. From there out, he and his team assessed, and advised on the repairs needed. The work was completed quickly and was quality work. All in all a great experience!

Great service! Doug was very helpful and detailed in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and I was able to have my car back up and running right away.

I was glad that only the items I came in for were treated. There was no selling for additional services. Future concerns were also addressed.

This was about a three week process of steady and consistent communication and I really appreciated it. The Q50 rocks! Very much worth the 6 hour drive in from Minnesota
