Great sales rep. He really respected me as a returning customer. I got a fair deal with no pressure. I especially appreciated how the team went over and above the call of duty to get me the color I wanted.

Returned my leased vehicle for a brand new vehicle lease. The transaction was handled flawlessly and very professionally. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of this process and especially on a holiday.

I scheduled an appointment with Infiniti dealership of...

I scheduled an appointment with Infiniti dealership of Hoffman Estates on Tuesday September 8th, 2020 at 1:00 pm to see if an intermittent fueling difficulty problem related to a warranty extension issue I was notified of related to a clog in the evaporative emission vapor tube. Some kind of vacuum/pressure testing was done but no problem was found. I paid $70 for the diagnostic testing. Total time at dealership, about two hours. Multipoint inspection was done for brakes, tire tread, etc. with no charge.

Doug was extremely helpful during my visit. Would definitely come back. The dealership was clean and nice, and the waiting area well appointed. I just wish INFINITI OE parts weren’t so expensive, but that’s not the dealerships fault.

Overall experience was good but first time they didn't clean the car properly and when I reached home with cad found chain lock on the spare wheel n when we come back to dealership to remove lock and they saying they gonna charge for this but thanks for tony who listen my words and didn't chatge

Half minutes states infinity has always been a great dealer for sales and service. Doug was great to work with. The process to get a loaner was pretty slow but it was not his fault.

I called Infiniti of Hoffman to set up an appointment to...

I called Infiniti of Hoffman to set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I was transferred to Joel. His voice was the first thing I felt at ease about. I came into the dealership...EVERYONE was so welcoming. There was a salesman outside and he opened the door for me! I met Joel. We talked and he went through the vehicles I wanted to test drive. Super nice and very knowledgeable. We drove the vehicles and we talked about how I felt in the vehicle. We decided that the car wasn't the best fit. The model I " really" wanted was out of my price range. He was so great in discussing my options. Leasing was one of them and as he explained it with charts it seemed as my best option. In our day in age, I felt the pricing for the lease as it was a great value was going to put me a bit uncomfortable with payments. I explained that I wasn't comfortable and he completely understood and although I didn't purchase my vehicle from Infiniti my experience was completely satisfied. There was no pressure but alot of options and understanding. I am a woman and went by myself and as we may think that's scary, Joel took the fear away. He placed my inquires in a folder of my choice. I chose purple! He didn't have a sale that day but what the dealership did is earn my trust in referring anyone to their dealership. Completely professional, understanding and full of ideas. In my book that's 5 star treatment! I am so thankful our paths crossed. He has been doing this a long time and it shows. My review is that I would do refer anyone interested in a vehicle at this dealership with full confidence that they would be treated respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Thank Joel!! And the Infiniti team! 🤗

Always a pleasure to work with Alex, This was the 3rd car I have purchased with infinity of Hoffman Estates, and the 2nd car with Alex, he is always professional and down to Earth, his personalty makes you feel very comfortable, his willingness to work with the customer in every aspect of the deal is unmatched.
