INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

Doug helped me arrange to have my car serviced and to diagnose a couple of intermittent noises my car was making. He was very informative and kept me updated, which I appreciated greatly. He also arranged a last minute loaner because the work and diagnosis would take awhile and so I could work on other things while they took care of my car. Thank you very much Doug!

I went to Ziegler Hoffman Estates to perform service on the certified 2018 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid I bought in Sept. when it was still Motor Works. Service was well done after some negotiation with the used car manager. Doug was the service rep and I think he tried to ensure my satisfaction.
