Alex was good, however did not know much about bmw. Couple days after purchasing the car I got two malfunction lights. Driver and passenger restraint malfunction. Took the bmw dealer to service they said due to car sitting on lot without being turned out. They will continue to monitor the light. This is something that should have been checked and disclosed.

Consult was great, the tech who worked on my Q50s not so great. Careless, I know those 20s inch tires are heavy but I now have scuffs on my front fender.

My service tech Sebastian took me in right away even though I did not have an appt. He is professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I would recommend Sebastian to anyone who needs things done the right way.
