I went on two separate occasions to look at used vehicles, and ended up purchasing the second car. For both trips I was paired with Syed Anwery and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had my son with me and the two of them bonded. Syed was very low-key and transparent regarding the vehicles we test drove. He was knowledgeable, especially regarding the infotainment piece. The finance piece also went very smoothly.

Had always taken my car to motor work, with the change I was very concerned about the level of care .Sebastian was so knowledgeable about my problem and helpful from the minute I left the keys, updated me throughout the day, car running great, very pleased with my service, will be returning .

Jim was excellent, friendly and informative. brought my car for faulty sensors and ended up with a break job. $400.00 to change break pads was way too much

Bought an expensive car from them. It was missing the SD card for the navigation. I was told one would be sent to me and it never was. I was then told I had to come in and get one but they would never have one. Salesman just started to ignore me. I left messages for the sales managers and they never responded to me. I will never shop with them again.

They changed the oil of the car and I am guessing the cover was left loose afterwards because when the car was used a couple days after it fell down in the expressway. It has been in the trunk ever since. I reached out and was told to take the car in but I did not have a chance to do it yet. Please let me know when can I stop by. Thank you!!
