I had a great experience with the service provide by Alex and Geno. They both were very patient and straight forward when a car color I wanted was no longer available for sale. Both took their time as I decided in which vehicle I wanted and at no point diverted me away from the qx50. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the sales service provided by Alex and geno.

We purchased a used vehicle at INFINITI of Hoffman Estates over the weekend and could not have had a better experience! Our salesman, Tim, was friendly, honest and very respectful of our time (we were in and out in 2.5 hours!). At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. His customer service was outstanding! We will definitely call Tim first the next time we look to purchase a new or used vehicle! The dealership was also very nice and I was thrilled to hear about the extra perks we would be eligible for (complimentary car washes and loaner vehicles) even though I was buying a used Jeep at an INFINITI dealership.

Blown away! Found a car on-line, internet manager contacts me and time passes. Finally gets back to me. I should have known not to come in. I told the internet CSS, I don't want to do business with him. Came in, nobody even wanted to help me. A sales rep finally came up to me, showed me the car. I saw many things that concerned me with the vehicle. Sat with Sales Manager after 2hrs. It got worse. I SHOULD HAVE SAVED MY TIME... I have excellent credit was given a OK rate, while I knew I was a prime rate customer. JUST A HORRIBLE EXERIENCE. You do a couple things with poor interactions, you can damage the reputation of the brand and dealership. I was a customer of Nissan/infinity for 20+ years. Doubtful for the future.

I flew in from Cincinnati to buy my slightly used QX80 as the price and inventory were the best I could find. Sales rep, Kolton, was great to work with. He is knowledgeable about the cars but also is just an easy guy to get along with. He went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for. Great experience!

Kira does a wonderful job of explaining everything that is being done with my Q60 Red Sport 400. This is the third Infiniti I have purchased from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates.
