Disappointed with Auto Lenders Exton Over the past

Disappointed with Auto Lenders Exton Over the past eight months, I purchased two vehicles from Auto Lenders Exton — a 2021 Ram 1500 and a 2022 Ram 1500 — and experienced significant issues with both, along with disappointing customer service. With the 2021 Ram, everything was initially great. However, after a routine oil change performed by the dealership, my check engine light came on. A Ram dealer later confirmed the wrong oil or filter had been used. Despite assurances from my salesperson, it took multiple follow-ups and calls to even get the issue inspected. Although they claimed no damage was done, I no longer felt confident in the vehicle and traded it in. On the 2022 Ram, within 20 days, I discovered a leak in the rear window causing water damage and mold inside the truck. Again, initial attempts to get assistance were frustrating — the sales manager offered little to no support, and it wasn’t until I escalated to the general manager that they provided a rental and scheduled a repair. Even after mold remediation, the truck still has a strong odor After being reassured that the smell would be gone within a week and it’s been over two weeks and still have a very strong chemical smell which is impacting its usability. Given these experiences, I would not trust their “certified bumper-to-bumper checks,” as critical issues like a leaking rear window apparently are not covered. Overall, Auto Lenders Exton has failed to meet basic standards of quality and customer service, and I cannot recommend them.

Very positive experience with the second car we purchased

Very positive experience with the second car we purchased from autolenders. My salesman, Sar and the business manager, John were great to deal with. After sales service was great too.

Car dealer review Auto Lenders Exton was a great place to buy a car! I went in to test drive one car, but liked a different one on the lot. Will was great to work with! He was attentive to what I wanted and had no problem with me driving different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the different cars I drove, patient with my questions and did not pressure me about buying right away. All of Auto Lenders staff was easy to work with. Auto Lenders doesn’t have a bunch of hidden fees that show up added to the price after you pick the car you want. Definitely recommend them and Will as your salesman

I had a great experience at Auto Lenders.

I had a great experience at Auto Lenders. The staff were very friendly and professional. Ryan Gordon-Greenly was my primary contact. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pressured which is such a welcome contrast to the other car buying experiences. He was informative and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate you Ryan. Caesar in the finance department was a great guy to work with (and talk to). He tells me he is new to Auto Lenders. Kudos to whomever hired him. Finally the manager , Gus, was helpful but not intrusive. He struck just the right balance with a terrific sense of humor. He made this deal possible. Thanks Gus. The whole process of purchasing the car was seamless. A far cry from the days of spending hours in a dealership I wholeheartedly recommend Auto Lenders.
