Had the pleasure of working with Bill from the Exton PA

Had the pleasure of working with Bill from the Exton PA Autolender branch. Bill and the team had everything we needed financially taken care of before we even arrived . He knew what type of vehicle we was interested in and also what price range so he had some vehicles ready for us. We decided we liked a vehicle in another branch and Bill left immediately and got the vehicle for us. Bill went over all our options and showed us what was in the warranties and showed us the extra protection if we wanted to add without pressuring. It was a pleasure dealing with Bill and the team at Autolenders .

Went to the Auto Lenders in Exton, PA (about an hour from

Went to the Auto Lenders in Exton, PA (about an hour from my house) on Friday, 2/16/24 (11am) to test drive a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Our sales agent was John S. My husband and I drove the Jeep and immediately noticed a loud whistle/small blender sound whenever we accelerated. When we returned to the dealership, we immediately questioned John about the sound because this would be the 5th Jeep that I would own and my other Jeeps never made this noise. He said that it was a different type of engine and once the car warms up that noise will go away. We took him at his word and I made the decision to purchase the Jeep. My husband left and I stayed behind to complete paperwork, etc. I met with the Finance agent and went through signing all of the paperwork and towards the end he tells me that they owe me an Inspection. I immediately questioned why the Jeep wasn't inspected already and they told me that the Jeep came from NJ and that I would need to return to Auto Lenders within 7 days to have the Jeep inspected. I told them that was not going to work and that I wanted the Jeep inspected that day. I had already been there for 3 hours and now I had to wait for them to squeeze in the Jeep for inspection. 2 hours go by and the Service guy comes out and tells me that the Jeep passed inspection but that I would need to come back out to have tiny cracks in the windshield repaired. I was not happy as these imperfections and inspection should have been done before I purchased the Jeep. They knew I was coming out to see 3 of their cars. They told me the windshield guy would be there on Wednesday and to bring it then. I told them I have to work and that arrangement was not acceptable. I asked to speak with the Service Manager and he was not there and the Service guy said he could get the Sales Manager. I walked out to the Sales Manager's desk and began to explain the situation and he interrupted me to introduce himself to me. I stopped him and told him that we had met already. In fact, he was the first person my husband and I saw when we arrived that morning and he came up to us to introduce himself knowing my name since I had made an appointment. When I told him that, he asked me if I was sure and I said well, it was 5 hours ago so maybe you forgot. Anyway, after going back and forth a bit, he told me that he would have someone come to my house on Wednesday morning to pick up the Jeep and have it repaired and would return it afterwards. The Sales Manager told me that John would contact me on Tuesday to arrange the pick up time. I was satisfied with this arrangement and went home with the Jeep. Since I live about an hour away from Exton, the Jeep had plenty of time to warm up but it continued to make the noise that I had questioned John about. When I got home, I immediately sent an email to John that the Jeep made that noise the entire way home and that I wanted the noise checked out when they repaired my windshield. He responded via email that yes of course they will take care of it. I left the Jeep parked in my driveway all weekend and did not drive it at all. John emailed me on Monday morning asking me to call him. He needed a copy of our car insurance card with my name on it which I immediately forwarded to him. He also asked where my husband and I like to eat because they wanted to give us something because they felt bad. I never received anything. Tuesday comes and I haven't heard from John about the pickup. I call and leave a message on his voice mail. I never get a return call and I call again. I was told that John had left for the day and I ask to speak with a manager and Tye(?) Jones, who tells me he is the General Manager, returns my call. He assures me that someone would be picking up my Jeep the following morning and I tell him that they also need to check for the source of the noise that I had heard on my way home that Friday. I get an email (7am) from John the next morning (Wednesday) telling me his team would be p

AutoLenders Exton

We purchased our 4Runner from George at AutoLenders in Exton. It was a zero-stress, zero-pressure experience. The vehicle was given the 'thumbs up' by our regular technician on a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle was priced very faily in-line with it's condition. We looked at autolenders after a bad experience with carmax and we're so glad we did. The included 6 month 6000 mile warranty gave us MUCH more confidence to buy than the other company and their 30 day money back. We signed the paperwork and saw there were no extra fees or hidden sneaky extras. We've had the vehicle for a month now and we love their service team. They guarantee state inspection and covered the cost for us. George, Josheem and the gentleman who handles the paperwork were easy to talk to, patient, kind, and professional.

How car shopping SHOULD be done!

The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. My husband and I never felt hurried or that our concerns were not validated. We owe a lot to our sales rep., Robert Gomez. He was wonderful and as added bonus he was able to speak in my native language, Spanish. He was able to underdstand exactly what I was looking for. A few hours later, I left with the perfect vehicle and I know that I will be back to purchase my next vehicle! Thank you again, Robert!

Worst car buying experience possible!

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Where do I begin... They were dishonest about "sap" on the car. Turned out underneath so called sap were chips in the paint that they would not fix. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it, but they did nothing. The first time I went to test drive the car it was about to rain. They told me they needed to change the windshield wipers so it was not safe to drive at the moment. When I finally purchased the car after the first rain the car leaked and flooded. They did fix it after I was adamant about it, but it was clear that they knew this issue ahead of the sale. They are selling cars with known issues...the first car I test drove had vibration in the seat and steering wheel at 50mph. If I hadn't asked to drive the car home I would've never known about it. They had someone drive the car from NJ that morning so they obviously knew of the problem, but did not disclose it. They even tried to prevent me from driving it on the highway. Very shady, be careful folks.

Great job, Auto Lenders!

I had an excellent experience at Auto Lenders Exton. From scheduling a test drive on the website to driving my new car off the lot. My sales rep, Rob Gomez, was knowledgeable and easy going. From the 3 cars I picked to test drive he knew which one I'd love even before I did :) Absolutely no pressure tactics. Sales Manager, Yasir, was fun and upbeat, and finance rep, Juan, was relaxed and organized (and got me a great rate!). I highly recommend!
