I had a particular car in mind and searched the internet. After looking at a few including a brand new model, I found a used one at Auto Lenders. I live in Delaware and this is the first time dealing with Auto Lendrs. Their Exton team did not disappoint, the right car at a fair price super condition. I had a trade with a previous offer from another dealer and they matched it. Seamless process of of doing the paperwork and driving off. Mike Ellis did a great job of showing the car and taking us through the process. Unlike most dealers, the process is without pressure and back and forth nonsense.

After inspecting my newly purchased Cadillac XTS on 6/18/24 they misplaced my inspection papers, which now 6/21/24 after 4 days I still do not have to show law authorities if stopped. What would you suggest I do?

I just got great used car from the exton location. Clean, professional location and very responsive to my needs. My sales guy Bill Holcomb was amazing. Got me everything I needed and asked for. Even made sure I didn't leave anything in the old car (and I HAD left my glasses!) It's my 2nd time buying from Auto Lenders and both times were simply amazing. I'll go back for sure.
