Worst car buying experience possible!

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Where do I begin... They were dishonest about "sap" on the car. Turned out underneath so called sap were chips in the paint that they would not fix. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it, but they did nothing. The first time I went to test drive the car it was about to rain. They told me they needed to change the windshield wipers so it was not safe to drive at the moment. When I finally purchased the car after the first rain the car leaked and flooded. They did fix it after I was adamant about it, but it was clear that they knew this issue ahead of the sale. They are selling cars with known issues...the first car I test drove had vibration in the seat and steering wheel at 50mph. If I hadn't asked to drive the car home I would've never known about it. They had someone drive the car from NJ that morning so they obviously knew of the problem, but did not disclose it. They even tried to prevent me from driving it on the highway. Very shady, be careful folks.

Great job, Auto Lenders!

I had an excellent experience at Auto Lenders Exton. From scheduling a test drive on the website to driving my new car off the lot. My sales rep, Rob Gomez, was knowledgeable and easy going. From the 3 cars I picked to test drive he knew which one I'd love even before I did :) Absolutely no pressure tactics. Sales Manager, Yasir, was fun and upbeat, and finance rep, Juan, was relaxed and organized (and got me a great rate!). I highly recommend!

Auto Lenders of Exton: BUYER BEWARE!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. On 6/16/21, my wife and I purchased a 2012 BMW 328i from Auto Lenders of Exton. We immediately scheduled a Multi-Point Inspection by Otto's BMW of West Chester on 6/23/22, and they found the following: -Missing glove box back plate -Cracked oil pan -Deteriorated shock sleeves -Convertible top interior headline cover fell off -Worn left front tire -Brake fluid required replacement -Driver side roof dent -Vehicle was not filled with gas nor was it detailed I then contacted the Exton office and after being stonewalled, filed a BBB Complaint and a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board of the Attorney General's office. I finally was contacted by Jason S. of the New Jersey on August 2nd, 2021. After an extremely long and protracted back and forth with the company's representative, they finally agreed to fix the shock sleeves and write a check us a check for the cracked oil pan, which occurred on 1/3/22. Fast forward a year later to 1/17/23. The car was brought in due to a rattling and electrical and oil servicing lights coming on. Otto's found shocks failed and electrical harness was damaged. Contacted Nik at Auto Lenders who offered to fix the car for $2,100 vs Otto's at $4,029.80. I declined as I did not and do not trust the integrity of Auto Lender's management nor their mechanics and authorized Otto's to proceed with the repairs. On 1/24/23, Otto's send me a report on the cause of the shock failure and electrical issues: Ottos BMW found that one of the shocks that were installed by Auto Lenders with a generic and wrong sized washer, causing the shock to fail, which then caused the electrical harness damage in the right rear passenger wheel well failure. Electrical repairs were required, and the shocks required replacement. I emailed and texted Nik A. to let him know that Auto Lenders mechanics were the only one's who worked on the shocks (shock sleeve replacement). On 1/25/23 the car was picked up from Otto's BMW and I made a reasonable attempt to rectify with Auto Lenders by stating that we were not asking for Auto Lenders to pay for the shocks (as the car was used and didn't come with new shocks), but to pay for the electrical harness damage and labor or $1911.80, since it was their mechanics who caused the failure. They refused and offered what it "cost for them to fix the electrical harness" or about $600. If you are interested in a mystery vehicle being sold to you, with shoddy mechanical work using out of spec generic parts (even the wrong parts) and then having the same dealership charge you to fix their work, shop at Auto Lenders, otherwise run for the hills!

Auto lenders employee of the month

Robert Gomez was more than helpful with the car purchasing experience and also with other questions I had with other aspects of ownership. This was my first time at a dealership completing a purchase I have dreaded the experience for some time worrying about the long wait but he and the finance dept. got me in and out in no time. I'm definitely going back for my wife's purchase soon. I expect to have a similar experience.

Best Car Buying Experience

I had been looking for a specific vehicle for a few months checking their website daily. when the vehicle appeared in another state at one of their dealerships it only took an email and the vehicle was transferred to my state by the following day. My sales associate Robert Gomez notified me as soon as it arrived and set up an appointment that day for me. It was exactly what I was looking for and we were able to close the deal. Thank You Robert for the great communication and service! This is my second purchase from the Exton dealership I highly recommend.

Worst dealership around hands down

Worst car dealership ever!! I can not even describe how bad my experience with Auto Lenders has been I bought a car it had to go back for many items that they never seemed to complete them they came and got my car to get it to pass inspection 3 rd time it had to go in Then on the way back to my house they have an accident in the car and only wanted to pay for 1/2 the damage. I have had the car 3 months and it was only driven back and forth to them I was trying to negotiate with them but after 3 months and not being able to drive the car I decided to run through my insurance. Worst place to buy a car. Will be reporting to Bbb and state attorney general office
