Auto Lenders of Exton: BUYER BEWARE!
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. On 6/16/21, my wife and I purchased a 2012 BMW 328i from Auto Lenders of Exton. We immediately scheduled a Multi-Point Inspection by Otto's BMW of West Chester on 6/23/22, and they found the following: -Missing glove box back plate -Cracked oil pan -Deteriorated shock sleeves -Convertible top interior headline cover fell off -Worn left front tire -Brake fluid required replacement -Driver side roof dent -Vehicle was not filled with gas nor was it detailed I then contacted the Exton office and after being stonewalled, filed a BBB Complaint and a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board of the Attorney General's office. I finally was contacted by Jason S. of the New Jersey on August 2nd, 2021. After an extremely long and protracted back and forth with the company's representative, they finally agreed to fix the shock sleeves and write a check us a check for the cracked oil pan, which occurred on 1/3/22. Fast forward a year later to 1/17/23. The car was brought in due to a rattling and electrical and oil servicing lights coming on. Otto's found shocks failed and electrical harness was damaged. Contacted Nik at Auto Lenders who offered to fix the car for $2,100 vs Otto's at $4,029.80. I declined as I did not and do not trust the integrity of Auto Lender's management nor their mechanics and authorized Otto's to proceed with the repairs. On 1/24/23, Otto's send me a report on the cause of the shock failure and electrical issues: Ottos BMW found that one of the shocks that were installed by Auto Lenders with a generic and wrong sized washer, causing the shock to fail, which then caused the electrical harness damage in the right rear passenger wheel well failure. Electrical repairs were required, and the shocks required replacement. I emailed and texted Nik A. to let him know that Auto Lenders mechanics were the only one's who worked on the shocks (shock sleeve replacement). On 1/25/23 the car was picked up from Otto's BMW and I made a reasonable attempt to rectify with Auto Lenders by stating that we were not asking for Auto Lenders to pay for the shocks (as the car was used and didn't come with new shocks), but to pay for the electrical harness damage and labor or $1911.80, since it was their mechanics who caused the failure. They refused and offered what it "cost for them to fix the electrical harness" or about $600. If you are interested in a mystery vehicle being sold to you, with shoddy mechanical work using out of spec generic parts (even the wrong parts) and then having the same dealership charge you to fix their work, shop at Auto Lenders, otherwise run for the hills!

Auto lenders employee of the month
Robert Gomez was more than helpful with the car purchasing experience and also with other questions I had with other aspects of ownership. This was my first time at a dealership completing a purchase I have dreaded the experience for some time worrying about the long wait but he and the finance dept. got me in and out in no time. I'm definitely going back for my wife's purchase soon. I expect to have a similar experience.

Best Car Buying Experience
I had been looking for a specific vehicle for a few months checking their website daily. when the vehicle appeared in another state at one of their dealerships it only took an email and the vehicle was transferred to my state by the following day. My sales associate Robert Gomez notified me as soon as it arrived and set up an appointment that day for me. It was exactly what I was looking for and we were able to close the deal. Thank You Robert for the great communication and service! This is my second purchase from the Exton dealership I highly recommend.

Worst dealership around hands down
Worst car dealership ever!! I can not even describe how bad my experience with Auto Lenders has been I bought a car it had to go back for many items that they never seemed to complete them they came and got my car to get it to pass inspection 3 rd time it had to go in Then on the way back to my house they have an accident in the car and only wanted to pay for 1/2 the damage. I have had the car 3 months and it was only driven back and forth to them I was trying to negotiate with them but after 3 months and not being able to drive the car I decided to run through my insurance. Worst place to buy a car. Will be reporting to Bbb and state attorney general office

This Place SUCKS
I bought a car in May. The car had some minor service lights on and a light out. I was told bring it back next week and it will be taken care of. I bring the car back, confirming the appointment the day before and running over what was to be done per my Owed list. After waiting 6 hours I am told they did order the tires, that failed inspection and confirmed the day before the car was getting tires. The one parking lamp was out and needed replaced instead they installed the wrong color light and told me to get it fixed where I lived( an hour away). Then I decided to check my owe list one more time. Since the service light that was on when I bought the car( and not on when I left the dealership) came back on last week. The service light included a litany of minor things but the two main things an oil change, which was done and a transmission fluid and filter replacement. I checked all my paperwork and it was not done and Auto Lenders service told me everything was complete on the service checklist. The checklist is rigt in the owner's manual in the car and I am sure they had it on their computer but the lied and told me it was done but they did not do it They came to pickup the car to install new tires, which was nice since I sat for 6 hours for nothing. But there is no communication at this place. I told them keys would be in car by 8 AM. They called and knocked until they woke my wife up. I then told them to return the car where they found it. but instead came up my driveway , which is very steep, and ripped the bottom trim off the car. They did not fix it. Now they want me to drive the car down to them to finish the owed repairs?? Are the crazy Just a recap bought car- not inspected- but knew it needed tires had burnt out bulb- replaced with wrong bulb took back and instead of taking wrong bulb they took out the right bulb and installed another wrong one on the other side oil change transmission change 4 visits to do a list that should of taken 2 to 3 hours at most If you dont mind taking your car back over and over to take care of little things by all means buy a car from here Otherwise I will never step foot in that dealership again and I would advise others not to as well

My whole experience was fantastic
Aaron helped me get set up with my new car and he was awesome. I was super picky about everything in my purchase this time around and he answered every question to the best of his ability. They knew I would be flying in from a different state and had an 8 hour drive ahead of me so they did their absolute best to make everything quick and easy for me.

Great experience buying a used Car
I recently bought a CPO Honda CR-V and Aaron Z at Auto Lenders and the entire team made the car buying experience a breeze. I have poked around on various websites and Auto Lenders has quality vehicles at really good prices. I was able to test drive a great car and they were able to transfer a car even more to my liking by the next day. They gave me a fair $ for my trade in and arranged financing. I will be back for future cars.
