DARCARS Lexus of Englewood

I recommend customers to stay away from this service department. They have incompetent mechanics that will most likely damage your vehicle. This was the case for me and several other reviewers here with the same exact issue as well. I had brought in my car for service and when picking up the car after service, noticed that the mechanic damaged at least four areas of the car. They were pretty visible too. The service manager took a look and resorted to pin the damages on me stating they had pictures from the drop-off inspection. After reviewing the pictures together, he claimed the pictures were too fuzzy, but can see damages a little bit so it was my fault. So they refused my request for replacement of the parts. I had reported to BBB and Lexus headquarters but they did nothing. Stay away from this place. Drive a little further down to Prestige Lexus. Never had a problem with them.

I had researched to lease the NX F sport for a while and before I made a decision on a dealer out in Queens, I contacted the Englewood location just in case. Chris Kim called me back and we had a quick chat about my expectation and what can be done. He told me he'd review with his manager to get me the best deal possible. He called me back few mins later and gave me a good deal on the lease terms. Better than the other guys whom i've been talking to for a few weeks. I asked him if I can take the car the same day and he worked his magic and got the car into the dealership the same day. After work, I stopped in and met with Chris and he had already drafted up all the paperwork. It was VERY easy. After waiting for a bit I got to have a sit-down with Toni Han in Finance. She gave me the run-down and was very honest with me with what services I really needed and what I didn't. She was very refreshing and quite frankly didn't expect such honesty from a dealership. Long story short, I got to drive out my brand new NX F Sport within hours of talking with Chris and Tony and couldn't be much happier. Once my lease ends, I'm definitely coming back and specifically asking for Chris Kim and Toni Han for my next transaction. Thanks!

These guy's really did work hard in helping me to get into the car that I wanted. It wasn't an easy task but they really did their best and they came through for me. I definitely recommend friends and family to Lexus of Englewood for their car buying needs.
