I cannot say enough great things about our experience

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Buick and Richard Harris at the dealership! From start to finish, Richard was outstanding. He was incredibly communicative throughout the process, always keeping us updated and answering our questions promptly and thoroughly. What stood out was how much Richard went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he assist us in selling our BMW, but he also made purchasing our new car smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were happy with our decision. Richard is your guy if you’re looking for a dealership with excellent customer service and a salesperson who truly prioritizes your needs. Very poor service people.

Very poor service people. As of now I would not Buy another vehicle from AutoNation, nor would I recommend AutoNation to anyone else. I will also let the people that I have recommended know the type of service that I received. It was very hard to get any one in the service department to give me the status of my vehicle. I had to call the sales department to get someone in service. I got rid of her card, I think her name was Ms. Porter

I had my car serviced here after receiving a Stabilitrack

I had my car serviced here after receiving a Stabilitrack error message on my dash. The service advisor was unprofessional when I called after receiving a text message of recommended services. I asked to speak with the mechanic but received no response. I received a text message that my car was ready for pickup. They didn’t provide a reason for the error but instead changed my oil; which I didn’t ask for. My oil percentage was at twenty percent. I paid for the service. The next day, my car was emitting white smoke from my hood. I tried to contact AutoNation several times; they finally answered and the service advisor said she would call me back. They never called back. Instead, I took my car to Criswell Buick and they were able to fix my car. They provided awesome customer service unlike what I’d received at AutoNation. I would not recommend AutoNation.
