This dealer ship is where I've received service since acquiring my 2019 GMC Terrain. The service department in particular is outstanding. One person Moseis, always provides the best customer service. He is always informative, upfront and brings a positive light to the dealership. Keep up the great work!

Clean, quiet environment.

Clean, quiet environment. Moses communicated with me every step of this service incident. He carefully explained what would be done & what was done. He also explained the list of recommendations. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Nickolas provided a safe, comfortable ride home in the shuttle.

I?ve taken my cars to get serviced at this location for years. Most recently my new Encore GX and so far they?ve met my expectations even when there are issues they?ve been quick to solve them.

As a transporter, I was passing through on my way to FL

As a transporter, I was passing through on my way to FL when I had the stressful experience of my truck breaking down. I was not able to get any help from local mom & pop garages but found AutoNation GMC by Google Search. I contacted the service department which was closing in 15 min and was told they could get me in first thing in the morning. The young lady that made my appointment for me over the phone was exceptional and went above and beyond to help me out. Even recommended local hotels for my stay. Despite the dealership having phone and internet problems that morning due to a power outage, I was still contacted by the service writer and kept me updated through the diagnosis process. The Diesel tech determined the problem with the truck was a faulty injector harness plug and was able to make the repairs before the end of his shift. By late afternoon, I was up and running and back on my way to FL. Time was of importance because I was trying to get back to RI for a scheduled cruise a couple of days later. Because of all the GREAT help from EVERYONE that I came in contact with at AutoNation, I am writing this review from my balcony on the cruise ship!! Cannot thank everyone at AutoNation enough and would definitely recommend!!

Not a great repair experience

After my car broke down in an intersection, unable to move on a Saturday, it was towed to this GMC shop. The car was not looked at on Monday (day one). On Thursday morning, they confirmed the issue and how to repair, however, they couldn?t validate my GMC certified preowned vehicle warranty and coverage and it took four hours to get that resolved. I placed three times more calls to the service center for updates that they reached out to me proactively with updates.
