Honest Dealing

I am one to do my research for not just an appropriate vehicle, but a honest dealership. Many bait-price you into their dealership though ads, where upon entering the buyer's process become overcome with dealer fees. Yes, here they had fees, both state required and dealer processing. The difference, the dealer's fees were practical and reasonable, not overcoming of any savings offered. Too, they were openly disclosed upfront for full awareness of the cost for purchase. In addition, I was able to find a use, under manufacturer warrantied vehicle with low mileage, at a price on the low end of the fair market scale. In summary? Here you can purchase high quality vehicles at a reasonable price, while receiving respectful customer service with an honest approach?a dealership of choice.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Our salesman, Darryl Reid was great! Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction. The whole process was a little long but very thorough. I would have no problem buying from them again.

The Service Department was awful.

The Service Department was awful. The technician lied to me several times about what time and day my car would be ready. He even told me it was done and when I arrived to pick it up he said the mechanic told him it would be at least another 2 hours, he asked if wanted to wait. The next day I discovered the parts had not even arrived when he told me it was done.

I've come a few times and never had any problems, this

I've come a few times and never had any problems, this last time, I felt that Service Department needs to improve. I was informed that they did not have the tool needed to turn my tire light off. Better communication with the Service Department. I was informed that a few technicians left early and that's why they got behind in work.
