I paid $140 to have them say even though they could see I...

I paid $140 to have them say even though they could see I had issues they can’t find the issue. They saw a past history of coding but it didn’t show up due to bad luck. If I ever want to have them look at the issue again it’s another $140 to hope they find it. I understand paying for the service if nothing is found, but paying for something GMC knows is wrong but just not showing up on this particular visit should be covered under that payment if the issue comes up in the future.

My service technician (Mike) was extremely helpful and pleasant. He kept me informed as to what was going on with my car. Also, the salesman, Alex was really nice also. Although I’ll shop around for a better price for my car.

I really could not be more pleased. They took my car in...

I really could not be more pleased. They took my car in as soon as I arrived. Once I explained what I needed serviced, they provided a shuttle to take me to work. They called early in that same afternoon to discuss their findings and give me an estimate. It cost more than I had hoped but the price did not seem unreasonable. They got the work done quickly and I picked up my car that evening. The work was done just as they said it was and the car runs great now. Everyone I spoke to was a pleasure to deal with. TOP MARKS!

The dealership was clean, bright and inviting. My sales associate, Ricardo was fantastic. Very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying and articulate in explaining features, etc. I also thought David was fantastic. Very engaging and helpful. They were transparent during the negotiation process, provided me a fair price for my 2021 Buick Enclave and made the experience enjoyable and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new car and truck visit the folks at Performance Buick, GMC.

GMC Service Dept in Cedar Knolls Rt. 10 does not live up to their Platinum Service Agreements for oil changes . . otherwise I like the GMC Terrain.

Due to your purchase of the aftermarket service contract from a different dealership, which covers $29 for oil changes, we did our best to accommodate you. We provided you with a discount of $49.95 and your oil change was $20 out of pocket. Your visit before this, we absorbed the difference and you didn’t pay anything.
