Performance Buick GMC

As a sales person I appreciated the lack of high pressure. Although I got the car I wanted the inventory was very limited. They had one Encore GX and I wanted black leather interior and I settled for gray with tan highlights.

The service was handled very efficiently from start to finish. The initial contact to schedule service was handled very professionally. The entire profess was handled very well.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly easy to work with. Louis kept me informed and up to date as to what was going on with my vehicle. He said when it would be completed and delivered on time.

Everyone is very professional,friendly,polite and caring. They took really care of me. I highly recommend this dealership for your truck service and needs.

I just had my Buick into the Service Department to have the A/C looked at, and to replace an interior part. From the initial call to schedule the car for service, the convenience of dropping it off the night before, and right up to the time I picked it up; Luis, the Service Advisor kept me informed with several phone calls. When I arrived to pick up my Buick, Luis took the time to go over what was done. Alex in Sales, and GM John were kind to assist me as well. It's true as in the reviews I've read about Performance Buick-GMC. I too was impressed with how professional the dealership and its staff present themselves.

Service group was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed and car was ready on time. They proved full quote and requested approval before doing work.

First, I want to say everyone was pleasant, friendly, and professional. The showroom, service areas, restroom, etc… were immaculate, and I felt safe there with my regular maintenance during COVID restrictions. This time, my pump unexpectedly went bad again (in addition to 3 yrs. ago, and Norman Gale did the repair). I was so very grateful Luis took the car in on Saturday, as the vehicle barely made it in from Jersey City, starting to overheat nearby the dealership. So thankful they started work on it, as I work weekends. The big concern was I had no way home. I live alone in JC, and many do not own a car here. I was surprised the dealership did not know the big car rental places were not open. I assumed the dealership had some rapport with at least one of them to know this. At the time, I was told there were no loaners available. Getting desperate, as it was mid-afternoon, and there was no shuttle either, I went up to the first person, Patrick, I saw available in the showroom, if I could speak with a manager to find a way home. Patrick worked behind the scenes, and also spoke with Luis. Luis worked out a loaner, I got home safely, brought the loaner back Monday morning, and got my vehicle back Monday afternoon. So far, it is running well. My only concern is on those days when problems arise suddenly, and you can’t make advance arrangements, and loaners and shuttles are not available, that there are options researched, and info is available on how to get home, should the car not be ready within the day. I am 30+ miles away, but always felt trusting coming to the dealership.

Alex was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Whatever he promised he delivered when the car came in.would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service friendly and helpful in every department pleasure to bring truck for free oil changes would definitely buy another vehicle for them when the time comes
