What a great experience! Last year at this time I was "just looking" at my Lexus choices. Katie Koroleva was my Sales Consultant. She was so nice, yet very professional, in showing me what my options were at that time. She followed up with me once or twice afterwards and was respectful that I was not ready to commit to a purchase or lease at that time.
