breath of fresh air!!!

I lease cars every 2 years. I know what to expect with a salesman. Darren is the exact opposite!! friendly by nature, informative, funny, personable but so professional. he made my car buying experience so easy and enjoyable. its so rare to meet good, genuine people in general, let alone in an industry as fickle as car sales. Ched Gelb might just be the hardest working guy I've met at any dealership. he worked magic and was in constant contact with us. he answered every question with detail and honesty. the two of these gentlemen together are like the dream team of customer service. I will certainly be back to lexus of greenwich, specifically to work with Darren and Ched, when the lease is up on my current car. the dealership itself is also big and beautiful.

My recent 2015 Lexus IS 250 purchase

I am absolutely LOVING my new Lexus! I am not only happy with the decision I made, but so happy that I was able to purchase the car from Lexus of Greenwich. Lenny Messina, my sales consultant, was absolutely wonderful and the level of service he provided exceeded any and all of my expectations! I can not thank him enough for all of his patience and help. I met with him numerous times before making my purchase and each visit, he spent an extensive amount of time showing me the IS and the RX, going out on numerous test drives and driving me around looking for the right color combinations. He truly went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the level of service he provided. I was not only impressed with his calm professional nature, but the fact that he wasn't pushy and was extremely patient with me while I made my decision. Lenny has definitely set the bar high and the quality of service that he provided is definitely going to ever be hard to top! I highly recommend Lenny Messina and Lexus of Greenwich if you're in the market for a Lexus! You won't be disappointed!

Great!

We have had a long term relationship with the service department and could not be more pleased. Our salesman Art was extremely patient and helpful with us right to the end. Art was also very competitive on pricing so I would strongly endorse the dealership.

Love Lexus of Greenwich!

Just picked up my 4th (leased) Lexus 350RX from Lexus of Greenwich. Everyone there is incredibly helpful, friendly and respectful. Each time, I've worked with Mike Rosen in sales. He's just so easy to work with. He always goes the extra mile to help. And the service department is wonderful. I highly recommend them. I keep leasing the same car because I love it - I've never had a problem. Thank you Lexus!!!!!

"Bravo!" Art Accurso

Art Accurso was excellent. He was patient and an extremely positive listener. In no way did he push me into buying, but rather let me make my decisions on my own. His approach was thorough from start to finish. Bob Katz was also wonderful. He listed the types of services but again in no way tried to convince me which ones to take. These men were so very very professional. I am hopeful that when my new car needs tune ups, Service will present the same approach.

Steve ZInaman is great!

From beginning to end, top-notch service. I left a leased car and drove away in a certified 2013 hybrid 450 so I'm really happy. I love it.

Steve is amazing

Steve left me absolutely no other choice but to buy another Lexus. I was venturing out to other dealers and sales employees from my corporate buying program, but his excellent service, knowledge of the vehicle and of the Lexus deals and programs left the competition in the dust. I highly recommend Steve - he's fun, an amazing resource with great advice on how to buy a car, and just overall trustworthy. Steve has a lot of integrity and good will. Thanks, Steve.

"Second to None"

First, I must apologize for completing this review so late. I honestly did not find it right away in my reading materials. I purchased my new RX350 on 5-22-14. Prior to the purchase, I called Mike and told him what I wanted to do the day before the purchase.Having known Mike from my previous 2 cars from Lexus, he immediately got on the ball. I spoke to Mike the next day and he said I could come and pick my car up that day. That is what call service. Mike was great and as always very professional. I also worked with Bob Katz on the financial end of the deal. I did choose to purchase the maintenance program that Lexus offers. It was a "No brainner"! I could not be more pleased with my new car. Mike made everything so easy and smooth for me.He is a consumate professional and that is why I refer my friends to him.
