Bob Katz in finance is also a great part of the leasing experience. He has every detail covered when you sit down to sign the paperwork. He, too, is so pleasant and personable. I just purchased an RX and the entire experience was wonderful. Ms. Koroleva was very knowledgable, professional, and really helpful. I didn't feel like she was trying to get me to buy the car as much as she was answering my questions. She was remarkably knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and willing to tromp around in the freezing rain with me to show me the car I wanted.
