Great cars at great prices!
Great cars at great prices! I liked being able to tour the lot and test drive without worrying the car is reserved like at other places. The downfall was the three hour paperwork and the pressure to buy an extended warranty which apparently gets you a lower interest rate if you finance.

Fast and easy buying process
The buying process was quick and easy. I went in with a vehicle in mind and a pre approval from my bank. I test drove the car and submitted the application. I was able to leave with my vehicle within a few hours. The only problem I had was that the navigation system hadn?t been reset or updated. It still had the previous owners home address and other data. I went back the next day and they were able factory reset the navigation, but it is outdated (2020). When I inquired about an update, I was told to download the BMW app and look for one. The gas tank was nearly empty as well. It had a little less than a quarter tank. Overall, I like my car and the process was quick and easy.

I went to this dealership after going to a different place first. The employees there were very nice and helpful. They didn't try to force anything on me and we were willing to make a deal that helped both sides. Their coffee was also delicious.

Would be five stars if the following were accomplished: I had sent a copy of license and insurance to expedite paperwork two days in advance but when I showed up they started from scratch with nothing pre-prepared. I had great difficulty getting thru the gate keepers to talk directly to the location that had the car. This caused difficulty in getting specific information on a specific vehicle as I was going to put a non refundable hold of $500. I live 90+ miles and a hour and a half from the location. After the sale I had a simple question that I wanted answered from the location that again I could not get through the gate keepers. I was able to discover the answer by carefully reviewing the paperwork. They could have quickly saved me 25 to 30 minutes. All that said the car was exactly what I thought it would be for the price we discussed.
