I recently had my wife's 2009 Mazda CX-9 serviced and I was so pleased with the service experience. Dennis Tiffert was my advisor and reassured me of what the service was going to entail. He told me upfront what I was going to pay and keep me informed throughout the service on the status of my vehicle. Dennis is a top notch guy and I will keep using Continental Mazda to service my car!!!

So thankful for Audrey?s help. She was wonderful at explaining all the technology and so knowledgeable about the basics of operating the CX-3! We give her Five - Stars. We are especially delighted with the overall appearance of the car. In particular, the ceramic metallic exterior color is the best we have ever owned. It masks the eventual road cloud that one gets even when the weather is not rainy. The advanced keyless entry system has rapidly become addictive. We now have the habit of walking away from the car with the key in a pocket and not wondering if the doors are locked! Although we have driven less than 200 miles, the blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert are fantastic safety features. Particularly when backing out of a congested parking lot! We are currently programing and learning to use the Mazda Connect Infotainment System and are finding the different setting screens pretty much easy to use. Thanks again to Audrey for her excellent setup and introduction to this amazing communications technology.

I'm very satisfied with my experience at Continental Mazda. The sales person, sales manager, and finance manager were all friendly and easy to deal with. We went to several different Mazda dealers before coming to Continental and were unhappy with our experiences at those places. We went to Continental and it was a great experience from the moment we walked in. We worked with Efrain and he was very friendly and helpful. He never pushed us into buying a car. It took us about two weeks to purchase a car because we weren't ready. He follow up with us and again, never pushed us into coming in. I would highly recommend Continental Mazda.
