Excellent experience
This is the second car we've purchased from Continental Mazda and had the great pleasure of working with Jeremy Storino both times (our first was in 2015). Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. When we unexpectedly found ourselves in the market for a new car, our first thought was "well, let's go see Jeremy." He worked with us throughout the process, from initial conversation to final sale, answering all of our questions and working to get us the best deal possible. When the final decision was made and the exact car was not on the lot, Jeremy located it at another area Mazda dealer and picked it up himself the next day so that we would have it that same night. As part of our car search process, we visited other area dealers to compare the Mazda to other similar cars. The experience with these other dealers only reaffirmed that Jeremy and Continental Mazda are in another class. Jeremy didn't try to "sell" us a car. He listened to our needs, made sure we had all of the information to make our decision, and made the buying process simple and stress-free. I can't recommend Jeremy and Continental Mazda strongly enough!.

First time buyer
I had an amazing experience at this dealer. Jeremy Storino was very helpful and it was evident how knowledgeable he is. He made sure all of my questions were answered and was always available. Being a first time buyer was a scary thought, however i am very glad that I was able to make my purchase with Continental Mazda of Naperville.

Continental Mazda & Jeremy Storino
I found Continental Mazda through AT&T Perks at Work. Having a partner program they directed me to dealers in our areas that have great reviews. I left a.message the day I called to set up and appointment and received a call within two minutes from Jeremy Storino. He helped me set up an appointment to look at new vehicles and was amazing to deal with throughout the process. He was very accommodating to my family. Car shopping with a 2 & 9 year old can be tricky but with his help.and Continental Mazda having a kids area and snacks it turned out to be a great experience. I went in wanting to buy a Mazda 3 Hatchback or a CX5. They didn't have either car in manual in stock but they had a manual Mazda 3 in stock to test drive. I drove the automaticsame and knew that I was going to buy the manual. I was never pressured to buy the automatic or got the feeling good to just buy something in stock. I told Jeremy I wanted the manual and he ok. They sourced the car from another dealer and had it ready for pickup in two days. I couldn't be happier with the choice of car, dealer or salesman! purchase of used Volvo
I was in the market for a dependable nice used car and I found exactly what I wanted at your dealership. I drove down from middle of Wisconsin to review and hopefully purchase. I met Jeremy Storino and felt immediately comfortable and also the fact that he knew the car as well as I did. Having owned one prior and was replacing this for my daughters misfortune of a fender bender. I was very happy with Jeremy being the sales person and the vehicle and what had been done to it and what repairs were going to be made, it gave me a immediate relief of stress and unknowing issues, that may arise later after the purchase was completed. When purchasing for a daughter that's going out of state to school one has to feel good about the transportation of said person. Best Dealership By Far!
?I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. Not only was buying the car a great experience but getting service is even better.I have never had an issue, they are always so nice and police. Today ?I took my car in for an appointment, buy I messed up and had the wrong date, I was a day late. They still took care of me, they did not make me feel bad for missing it yesterday. They got the work done and got me a rental so I was able to get to work still. This was outstanding and a wonderful experience for me and this is the reason I will keep coming back.

Mixed Review......could have been better or worse
Beautiful building, sales rep was friendly and helpful. Never spoke to a sales manager the entire evening. We bought a used Nissan Pathfinder on 9/2, late in the evening on a Friday. Car was in great shape, except for 2 minor issues that they said they would fix. I had to bring the car back (90 minutes each way from my house) which isn't a big deal, but they didn't fix the cosmetic issue properly and want me to bring it back down to them again, won't work with a shop near me. Their vendor already screwed it up once, didn't want to do that again. I thought it's a bit odd that they won't even give you a full tank of gas with the purchase. I was told "it's a used car, full tanks are only for new cars." Very odd. Never seen that before. So here I was leaving the dealership after 11pm at with 1/8 of a tank of gas. Overall I like the place, and would give them another shot if I was in the market for a car.

Purchased a 2016.5 CX-5
We went to other mazda dealerships and they played many of the same old school car salesman games. This dealership was VERY different, they were very fair on trade in value as well as beat the truecar.com listed price so if you are looking at a mazda save yourself the trouble and just go here!!

Great service!
Efrain took the time to understand the car I needed and then took the time to make sure the car I found was a good fit. I didn't feel pressured - I felt supported. He made the whole process very easy. Finance department was also very good. I left very happy with a new-to-me car!
