Great experience at Naperville Continental Mazda!

I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships. This experience was the best. My salesman Efrain was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with this dealership and will be back next time we need to purchase a car. I highly recommend this dealership. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. I'm glad to see that customer appreciation still exist. Efrain is a true asset to Continental Mazda. Thanks for a great buying experience! I bought this car for my wife and she absolutly loves it!

amazing customer service

I bought my car a year ago. It was the best car buying experience ever. I will be back, when buying a car in the future, even if there are dealerships closer to me. The customer service didn't end once I drove away from the lot, I had a question couple months later and sent an email to Dan Eugea, who sold me my car. He kept communicating with me until my issue was resolved .

Great experience!

Recently we went shopping for a 2016 Mazda CX9 around the suburbs and ended up purchasing our CX9 at Continental Mazda. Our sales person was Dan Eugea and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dan was very friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Basically he was the reason we dealt with Continental Mazda. You won't go wrong with Dan or the dealership!

Jeremy and Anthony are awesome!

We went thru a broker to get this car and these guys made the whole process super easy! They're both very amiable and knowledgeable. We hate the car buying process but this made it all a pleasure. We recommend!

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had

I came in to Continental Mazda to look at the CX-5. My previous car was a Mazda3 and I'd been bringing the car there for service and have always been impressed with the staff. I knew what model I was looking at, what packages I wanted, and he took me back and showed me at least three or four different cars that were exactly what I wanted in different colors. He was refreshingly very honest about colors, interiors, what he would and wouldn't recommend. We took the car for a test drive on Naperville's test track and then he walked me through the pricing. He went through the list of all their current discount incentives and pulled out each one that I qualified for, and was very patient with all my questions about how the pricing is structured. This was the least I've EVER felt pressured when buying a car. Bob in finance was wonderful and worked with me on making sure I was perfectly comfortable with the payments. Great experience, love the car, happy to give them more business in the future.

Great service

I arrived knowing which vehicle I wanted and Jeremy and the staff greeted us like family. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. They made me, my wife and especially my children feel right at home. Jeremy shared vehicle information with us openly and thoroughly.
