Great customer service, very helpful staff

My wife and I visited Continental Mazda last weekend just to look around. While there we were approached by one of the sales associates - Consuela - who was extremely friendly and helpful while we were there. She confidently took us through the world of Mazda and what it had to offer our family, and did so with patience and without playing the part of a typical pushy salesperson. My wife and I felt very comfortable during our conversation. After 90 minutes or so we left without a car, however we stayed in contact with Consuela over the next couple of days while she diligently worked on finding something that would be a fit for us. After a few days she worked some magic and we were able to make a deal that I drove away very happy with (not to mention the great car) I hate buying cars.... as evidenced by the fact that I held onto my previous car for far longer than my wife would have preferred (13 years). But after forming this partnership with Consuela and the professionals at Continental Mazda, I no longer have that hate and will be back a bit earlier the next time I am in need of another car (maybe 10 years this time :) )

Unethical sales tactics

Went to Continental Mazda located on Aurora Ave Naperville to check out the Grand Touring Mazda 6 and inquired about taking it for a test drive. The sales consultant insisted I provided my phone number or he couldn't allow me to test drive the vehicle (keep in mind I had no issue providing my license and proof of insurance). Ask for a manager he had claimed it was policy and an insurance requirement in the event I got into an accident or kidnaped the sales agent. This was a dishonest tactic to force a customer to provide their contact information so they can continue following up with them on purchasing a vehicle. Additionally his policy doesn't hold true as I happened to know someone else that was at the dealership test driving a car at exactly the same time and wasn't required to provide this information. I'll certainly be taking my business elsewhere and because of this experience I'm hesitant of the brand if this is the tactics / lies they allow their dealerships to conduct.

Awesome Service

I showed up to the Mazda service department today for an oil change and for a check on a tire. I didn't have an appointment. The service department was super busy this week, but Kimberly was able to fit me in. I came around lunch, and many of the service guys were out, but Kimberly found Dan in service who was willing to cut his lunch a little short to help me out. During the course of setting up the oil change it was discovered that my car required recall attention for a coolant issue. The coolant issue would take around an hour to repair. Kimberly and Dan at Mazda service were able to fit me in for an oil change, tire repair and recall repair AND because they knew I didn't have a lot of time they got me out fast enough so I could pick up my son from camp! Did I mention Kimberly filled out a Castrol rebate card for me so that I would get a $20 discount? Wow. What great service! Thanks, Mazda.

Low tire pressure? Tire going flat? Faulty pressure switch?

An appointment scheduler, a service advisor and a department manager, all with reasons for the possible tripping of a warning light but no one offering a solution to fix. I'm told to check the tire pressure and reset the indicator. Should I be expected to do this every time the warning light goes off? The explainations of temperature variations are insulting. If it's environmental then all vehicles of this make should require service at the same time. We are all hot and cold together. Total incompetence. They need to listen and solve, not search for bogus excuses. Sales department great but service?

Best experience ever!

I must say that my experience was magnificent. The full team at Continental Mazda really takes care of their customers and their future customers no matter where they come from. I requested more information by email, as I am all day long caught up in meetings, not being able to answer my phone. My first POC with Continental Mazda, ensured to follow my request and started notifying me about the potential vehicles only via email. Once they learned about my needs, they discovered that they had something interesting in their inventory inviting me to visit the place. Once I arrived, I was able to see the vehicle, in my case, the CX5, and even the color was the one that I wanted. That day, the financial team did a great job cutting me a great deal where I had to pay a very little amount every month, being able to get my car out in just a couple of hours. I appreciate a lot all the effort that the whole team put, specially to Jeremy, who was my sales representative, who walked me through all the process, who was really patient despite my visit with my toddlers, and who helped me closing the deal, and getting me my car ready to take home. For me and my wife this was the best pleasant experience that we could ever had while buying a car and I will totally recommend this car dealer for anyone looking to get a great car, with the best rates in the market, and where the customers really are priority! I won’t hesitate coming back for my next acquisition in the future!

Had not purchased a car for ten years

Great customer experience - many thanks!

We recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Continental Mazda of Naperville and I would share with you that the "customer service" we received from Jeffrey Roberts with a nice "assist" from Dan Eugea was OUTSTANDING! Our discussions started with Dan as we made an inquiry on-line with many questions. He was very responsive, answering our questions and directing us to dealing with Jeff at the dealership. Both gentleman were professional, knowledgable and very accommodating in finalizing our transaction. We have now had our CX-5 for a few months and quite frankly it is even nicer than what we were anticipating. Great features for the price point and just enjoyable to drive! Ann loves it! Awesome!

Have been in touch with Jeremy ever since 2016 CX 9 was announced - to trade-in my 2013 CX 9 for the 2016 GT. Kept me posted on where my car is and when to expect.
