My first car :)

This was my first time getting my own car so I knew very little about the process. I had done some research prior going into the different dealerships to get an idea of what I was looking for in a car. I wanted an all-wheel drive Crossover and narrowed it down to three cars: Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Mazda CX-5. In the end, I decided on Mazda and could not be happier with my decision! My #1 reason why I would recommend Continental Mazda of Naperville: Quality of Service. It was incomparable to a majority of the dealerships I visited. Efrain (sales consultant) was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was very sincere and honest from the moment I met him. He is probably one of the friendliest people you will ever meet because he is always willing to help out. He actually listened to what I wanted and was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the vehicle whenever I had any questions. He was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process (after all, this was my first time). I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. I wanted to be sure I was making the right choice and he gave me the time I needed to think things over. Another reason I enjoyed working with Efrain was that he was readily available when I needed information. He was very responsive and made me feel like I was a priority even on the busier days. His professionalism and sincerity made him stand out among every other car salesmen I worked with during my car hunt. I wanted a dealership I could trust and feel comfortable working with over the years. I felt that trust while working with Efrain and the rest of the Mazda team. Mark (sales manager) was just as incredible. On my final visit to the dealership, he knew I wanted the Mazda, but that I still had some minor hesitations. He looked in every way that could save me money on my monthly payment. In addition, he knew I was not in love with the color of the car and he made the extra effort to get me the car I wanted in the color I truly loved. He found the exact same vehicle in the color I wanted and was able to get it to Naperville, cleaned and ready to go that same day. At that point, I knew I had made the right decision getting my first car from Continental Mazda of Naperville. I was going to settle with the original color, but they went above and beyond to get me my first dream car! Working with Bob (business manager) was icing on the cake. After being at the dealership for over 5 hours (primarily because there was some delay of paperwork on my end), he was very helpful throughout finalizing the paperwork process. Even though, it had been a long day for the both of us, he did not rush the process. He made sure to explain everything to me including the maintenance packages that would help save me money in the long run. He took the time when he easily could have rushed through it and that meant a lot to me. At Mazda, they make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new vehicle even if it means more work for them. They do things the right way and for that, I highly recommend this dealership!

Best car buying experience!

Thursday, August 27, 2015 is a day I will never forget! I needed a new car, and after doing some research and hearing suggestions from friends, it seemed purchasing a Mazda vehicle was the way to go, and I was told there was no place better than Continental Mazda of Naperville. Fortunately for me, that last part was a complete understatement! This dealership is more than just a dealership, it's a team of caring and considerate professionals who are genuinely there to meet your needs. They're not simply looking to make a profit, but to make you happy and, I think, to form a great relationship. From my brief meetings with Anthony, to my one-on-one meeting with Bob, and last but not least, my extensive time with the wonderfully helpful and informed Efrain--this car buying experience was nothing short of fantastic. Joel has a wonderful team here, and I look forward to sharing my experience with others. Continental Mazda of Naperville deserves all the awards they've received. Our First Mazda

Our experience at Continental Mazda was very positive. Marta Duraj was terrific to work with. She is both very knowledgeable and also personable and fun to work with. She provided a great deal of information on our test drive, and we appreciated that she didn't try to make up answers to the one or two questions my husband asked that she wasn't certain about. We at no point felt pressured and feel we received a fair amount for our trade-in and a fair deal overall. The dealership itself is very nice, and the staff in general were quite pleasant. This is our first experience with Mazda, and we love our CX-5. We definitely would recommend this this dealership, and you should ask for Marta! Zoom, zoom!

Great Experience

I can not thank enough to Continental Mazda. Especially to Jenny Rosson. This was my first new car, they were patient and put my needs always first. Plus they give me a great deal! I will keep going here for service and my next cars! Awesome place with great people!

I am a repeat customer- i find staff genuine and helpful

I appreciate the staff at continental. They have consistency in their attitude and approach, and get the job done. I have made two purchases in 5 years, and would go back again. Marta helped us during a severe thunderstorm warning, brought cars out of rain for us, stayed late for us...she is awesome. Marta enjoys her job and it shows. Mark B and Denny helped out too. I think my main takeaway was a sense of teamwork and everyone was on the same page with helping us get the car we wanted at a great price.

Check out the CX 5 ---- it will make your decision for you!

I needed a new car ----- it was time to leave the world of racing/sports cars and join the world of regular vehicles. I started with the research via car connection, edmunds, KBB, car and driver, consumer reports, etc., and quickly realized I wanted a smaller CUV-type vehicle. For whatever the reason, I fixated on the CR-V, Rav, and the Forester. I took the time to research more, drive them all, research again.......I just couldn't get excited by any of them but thought I had decided in the Forester. Then, at some point, I noticed that the Mazda CX 5 showed up on all the same top lists as the others, so I researched again! Then........I test drove it. This was going to be my new car. Subaru? No, SubarWho! This car is a blast to drive and has many features of much more expensive cars AND has a very "big", high-end feel. This car rocks! I went with the Grand Touring w/ navigation (something I thought I would never do) and Jeremy at Continental Mazda in Naperville was the perfect salesman for us---- no pressure, professional, and informed. Did I mention it's a blast to drive? This is my first Mazda, but at this point I would recommend that anyone looking at this class of car add the CX 5 to their list, and definitely go see Jeremy at Continental Mazda-Naperville!

New car

Went in for a test drive,nice test track. Jeremy went yhrough the whole car features,showed me upgrades available for the car but didn't push for add ons,no pressure there. Time to finance the car,Robert made things easy and accomodating. Left a happy new customer.
