Good experience buying a CX-5

Efrain Heredia was good to work with in my search for a new SUV. Low pressure, reliable communicator. I bought a CX-5 from him and enjoyed the experience.

EXCELLENT!

Jeremy Sterino was a wonderful salesperson. There was no pressure put on us to purchase a vehicle or buy extra services! Made our buying experience very enjoyable. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend Continental Mazda to friends.

Exceeds Expectations!

We purchased a used vehicle from them in July 2014 and had the best car buying experience ever. Jeremy Gascoigne was our sales consultant. He was very friendly, informative, and didn't pressure us into anything. It was like having a friend along to help you buy a car. My boyfriend and I both agreed we would definitely go back to Jeremy for future purchases. Now it is August 2015 nearly a year later. The clear coating on the front and back bumper of the car was pealing off. To make a long story short after talking to Continental Acura and their recommended body shop we came to learn the front and back bumper was not the original paint. So from what the body shop was telling us either the person who traded in the vehicle did a cheap paint job before trading it in or the dealership did before selling it. The repair was going to cost us $2,200 and we would not have a car for 4 days so that meant time off work or a car rental. We were so disappointed and this left a question mark in our minds on the integrity and credibility of Continental Mazda. We decided to follow up with the dealership hoping they would make it right but at a minimum making them aware of the situation. Within 24 hours Jeremy called us back and said they would fix it for free and provide us with a loaner car. We were elated! I mean in an ideal world this is what you would want but in reality we never expected to get this as our response. Finding a business were you can say your expectations were exceeded is unfortunately so rare but Jeremy Gascoigne and Continental Mazda have far exceeded our expectations. They stood behind us when they were not required too. I would highly recommend buying a car with Jeremy Gascoigne at Continental Mazda. I can promise you won't be disappointed.

Marta Duraj is the best sales person i have experienced

Marta Duraj is the best sales person i have experienced during the purchase of a vehicle. She is friendly, courteous, and makes you feel at ease. Her knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was exceptional. Marta is an exceptional asset to continental Mazda. There should be more Marta's in this world I am proud to having met Marta and a proud owner of a Mazda Vehicle

Best dealership every

Easily the best experience I've had in terms of purchasing a car. Jeremy Gascoigne was my sales consultant, and he was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable about everything and prioritized putting me in the perfect vehicle. The entire experience was great. It's easy to see how they prioritize team work and emphasizing the customer first. I was greeted with nothing but smiles throughout. I can't stress how awesome Jeremy was. If you're considering buying a Mazda you have to come here, and you HAVE to go to Jeremy. I guarantee he'll take care of you better than anyone else. I'm not the easiest customer either. I currently live in MO, but came back here to purchase my new car. So there's a ton of extra work on their end in terms of paperwork. Despite all that, I was still treated with nothing but the best in customer service. I've been to many other dealerships in the past - many in the western suburbs, but this is by far the best experience if I've had! So happy to be a proud owner of a new Mazda!!!

Courteous and Professional

We had an appointment to meet with Jeremy Storino. He was very nice and personable. The car was clean and in good shape. We took a test drive and was happy with it's performance and price. If anyone is looking for a dealership, this is the place to go.
