Continental Mazda - great service

Had been getting my 2012 Mazda3 serviced at Continental, and when I wanted to upgrade to the 2016 Mazda CX-5, I went with them as well. Efrain was a great help throughout the process. Thanks Continental Mazda - I LOVE MY CAR!

An amazing experience buying a car.

My experience was incredible and very friendly employees. I got what i wanted with the help and care of Jeremy Storino. Would i come back to this Dealership? OF COURSE. My sales consultant (Jeremy Storino) was very friendly and caring. He was very clear and descriptive about every bit of information, it was very excellent.

Best experience ever

This is the best purchasing experience I've ever had. Got the call that my Launch Edition MX-5 arrived yesterday evening, and made an appointment to pick it up today. I also requested not to have license plate holes drilled in the bumper, which Jeremy personally confirmed with the service department (thanks Jeremy). Everything went pretty smoothly today when I went to pick it up, everyone at the dealership are excited to deliver their first 2016 Miata. And so was I. Drove back home with the top down all the way with a big grin on my face. Thanks Continental Mazda for making this purchase such a fun experience!

Great Experience

The overall sales experience at Continental Mazda was just great. The moment, I interacted with Brad Waite for available car options to buy, he explained every minute details and features for the available options. We walked through the inventory, selected a car color of my choice to test drive. Spent a few minutes driving on the test tracks, where Brad explained car features and additional options. He was patiently responding to all my questions. Back at his desk, he provided my the comparison for leasing vs. buying and all available discounts and rebates to help me make the right decisions. He did not push me at all for purchasing any accessory or services that I wasn't interested in. There was some wait time to complete the paperwork. But, Robert and Brad were completely professional in getting things moving as soon as possible. The experience at this dealership was just awesome and will be recommending them to my friends, when they are interested in purchasing/leasing a new vehicle.

New car purchase

The sales staff at Continental made buying a new car easy. Worked with Marta Duraj and it was a pleasure. Will be back for our next vehicle purchase! Nice and easy

Had a pretty great experience at Continental Mazda of Naperville. You always hear stories about getting hassled and pressured at car dealerships. Efrain Heredia was my sales guy and he made my experience surprisingly smooth. A very awesome dude. Allowed me to test drive on their track a few times since I was being a little undecided between two vehicles. I'm glad him and the team had patience to see my transaction through to the end. They seemed to want to go that extra step to help me and my family out and get the vehicle I was after. Big thumbs up, would definitely recommend.
