Wonderful experience

We spent a lot of time researching which small SUV we wanted to buy. We went to almost every dealership in Naperville. We happened to start at Continental Mazda so were not ready to buy but Jeremy let us test drive a CX 5 with no pressure and let the car sell itself. We left and test drove other small SUVs but nothing compared to the CX 5. We went back and arranged an extended test drive of the CX 5 and still thought about it more after we returned the car. Still no pressure, just good answers to questions. We finally decided to go with the CX 5 and Jeremy got us the car we wanted quickly and arranged to have the accessories we wanted put on the car before we picked it up. Then he spent a long time going over the features of the car to be sure we understood it all. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Good car buying experience

Our salesperson Jeremy Storino was very helpful and following a test drive of the car, let us take a car for a few hours to help us make our purchase decision. Buying a car can be a time consuming experience and we don't like to waste time. Jeremy was able to offer us a deal we were happy with fairly quickly. He was also flexible when we flipped from buying a used car to a new car. When we picked up the car he reviewed all of the features of the car and was very patient when answering our many questions. I'd highly recommend Jeremy.

The best car buying experience by far

I've been putting off purchasing a new vehicle because I dreaded going to a car dealer and putting up with the pushy-type salesperson and the numbers game. Well, I was in for a surprise here at Continental Mazda. The experience I had was nothing of the sort. I dealt with Jeremy Storino and from the minute I came in to look at the car and until purchase, I had nothing but a pleasant, stress free experience! Jeremy answered all of my questions (and there were a lot), and was attentive and courteous. Same with Josh and Bob from Finance. They both answered many of my concerns and made me feel at ease about my purchase. I can't say enough on how happy I am that I went to Continental Mazda . . . I think you've made me a long-time customer. Thanks, guys!

No Hassle and Great customer service

I came in about 4 months ago and told them I was not looking to buy that day, but Jeremy Storino treated me like I was any other customer. at no point did he ask what it would take to get me into a car that day or any other sales pitch stuff. flash forward to today, and I sought Jeremy out again to ask about the new 2016's. He again took his time with me and answered all my questions. End result, I decided to pull the trigger and buy the truck. Would highly recommend asking for Jeremy if you are in the market.

Fair & professional

Jeremy Storino was able to put together a very fair deal for me when I unexpectedly showed up at the end of a very long day. I had just come from another Mazda dealer who had offered a ludicrously low value for my trade-in. Everyone at Continental was very helpful and accommodating even though I kept them late after closing to wrap up all the paperwork . Such a world of difference from the dealer I'd been at only hours before!

This was a quick, easy & professional car buying experience.

I had done a lot of research into the car I wanted to buy and how much I wanted to pay for it. The sales people at Continental Mazda worked with me to meet my desired price and car options, and provide the car to me with a true minimum of fuss quickly. I appreciate that, and would recommend this salesperson and dealership to other folks interested in a Mazda.

Excellent Experience

Continental Mazda had the exact model I was looking for, but it's far from where I live so I asked for an ePrice before making the trip out there. Lee Dungey was very helpful and answered all my emails very quickly, and offered a price that made the trip to Naperville worth it. Once there, I worked with Marta Duraj, who was great. The test track is a unique way to really try out the car as you can try things you could never do on the roads around the dealership. Marta is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her, and Continental, if you're looking for a Mazda.

Enjoyable and fun buying experience

I purchased my Mazda March of 2014, so this review is a little late, but I wanted to let my sales consultant Marko Knezevic know how much I appreciated his help and patience with my car buying experience. Marko and everyone I can in contact with at Continental Mazda of Naperville made me feel welcome and made me feel like they appreciated my business. I'm African American and I've gone to dealerships, where I've almost had to make a salesman help or answer any of my questions. I believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated and if I don't get that treatment, you will not earn my business. It's unfortunate that you have to thank someone for treating you appropriately but Continental Mazda earned my business and when I get my next Mazda, I know exactly where I'm going to purchase it. Btw I love my Mazda 3 more and more everyday.

Got my new CX-5 thanks to Marta Duraj

Stopped by Continental Mazda and met with Marta who i had pleasure to work with on getting a good deal for my purchase of the new 2016 Mazda CX-5. When you go and buy from a dealer that knows how to treat a customer you will be in and out in 1 hour.
