MAZDA3

Marta was very pleasant to deal with, she went out of her way to show me how to work the bluetooth feature of the car, explained how all of the gadgets worked, and was there every step of the way!

Marvelous!

. Marta was marvelous. Car ready for a test drive when we arrived. We had time and space to make our decision! We were impressed with safety maintenance already performed on the car (used) and ease of purchase. It was a great experience all around!

Needed an extra car

As a single mom, I was relieved to find a reliable extra car at an affordable price. Jeremy S was upfront about all the upgrades the dealership had put into the car. I felt as though I was treated respectfully and not talked down to being a female buyer.

Great service!

I know there is no such thing as a perfect dealership, but this comes close. I submitted an inquiry through Truecar and received a follow up call shortly after. From Ashley in Customer Experience to Bob in Finance, I received nothing less than quality service. I was particularly pleased with Jeremy Storino in Sales. He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. He is so passionate about his work(he helped me on his time off) and helping people which shows. Even when he had multiple customers, he treated me as if I was the only customer. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and be sure to ask for Jeremy Storino!

Great Customer Service

Finally, a dealership that treats you with respect and doesn't play games! It wasn't a perfect experience but I really appreciated Jeremy and Charlie going above and beyond to make up for some bumps in the road. At this dealership, they don't just talk the talk. They are very sincere and really seem to care about their customers and good customer service. Even after I purchased my car, Jeremy has been very helpful with answering my questions and came in early to be there when I brought my car in to have some additional features installed. The service department was so wonderful that I am considering bringing my car there in the future when it needs service even though I live 45 minutes away. I went to this dealer to purchase a car because of the good reviews I read online. I was not disappointed!

Pleasant experience

I felt that this was not the typical new buying experience and it was quite enjoyable without the usual nonsense I usually associate with buying a new car. Jeremy was very well informed, knew how to address my questions about buying versus leasing and put me on the right path. There was no pressure and he did not try to "close" the deal every two minutes. I had called ahead (after communicating with them online - that worked well too) to ask that they prepare two cars for a test ride and they were ready! I did not have to wait. I appreciated that. The whole staff was courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend Jeremy and Continental. A satisfied customer.

Great expiriance

I highly recommend Marta to work with if considering buying at Continental Mazda. My buying experience was great and a very smooth one, no problems with anything. Marta is a professional in every aspect of her work, it was the first time I was treated with respect at car dealership , thank you Marta.

great service

We went in not knowing much about Mazda, and were in fact considering another brand. Jeremy Storino was super helpful providing information about the brand, the different options, pricing, etc. It was overall a simple process and we walked away very happy with our new Mazda 3.

Never pushy or overbearing! I was given the attention I needed each time I visited (6 times total). Marta (sales) and Robert (financing) were great to work with!

great experience

I was looking to lease a CX-5; and Brad was both the first to respond to my internet inquiries and one of the few to give a quote over the phone (instead of making me make the rather long drive out from the city). They were also competitive on price (matching another offer), yet also weren't at all pushy or trying to make a hard/quick sell, which were the two things I cared most about, at least at first. But by the time we left the dealership I realized that perhaps the most valuable service was the friendly, and knowledgeable help with getting to know the vehicle: from taking it out to the test track (which is awesome) and showing us driving / performance features that we might not otherwise have known about when we first arrived for a test drive, to a very thorough, detailed, and helpful explanation of all the interior features on our new car, Brad was extremely helpful throughout.
