Fair, Professional and Honest

On 8/5/14 I contacted Micheal Willock to view a used mitsubishi Mirage. Micheal was able to help myself (single mother of two) purchase and test drive my teenage sons first car. The process was effortless and he was able to help me stay within my budget. After a long day of driving around and dealing with shady dealers I was lucky enough to call Micheal willock. I cannot thank salesman Dimitri Yannias and business manager Denny Vant enough. Made my car shopping experience very easy. I have owned a Lexus vehicle for over 18 years. I am now a big fan of this dealership and a Mazda vehicle. Great price, great service, great interest rate, and great shopping experience!! Best new car buying experience ever.

Over the years, we've purchased many vehicles, both new and used, from a variety of dealers. But I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. It started with a warm greeting from Jeremy Storino and Gabe Jimenez when we walked through the door. Gabe went over all of the features of the Mazda CX-5 and demonstrated everything before taking us out on a test drive. The test drive consisted of more than just a one-mile drive with four right turns. We were able to test the acceleration, cornering and braking ability, U-turns and overall driving experience on the road, as well as their own test drive course behind their dealership. During and after the test drive, Gabe answered all of our questions in a very professional manner. He never came across as pushy or overbearing and he never talked down about the competition' which really appealed to my wife. He let the CX-5 sell itself and wanted to make sure it was the right fit for us. We left the dealership that night with a very positive feeling about the vehicle, the price, the sales experience and especially, Gabe. After test driving a different make the following day, we came back to inform Gabe that we wanted to buy. We added a couple options, so we made arrangements to pick up the CX-5 in a few days. It was ready as promised and Gabe made sure that he went over all of the features again, including linking up my phone to the Bluetooth before we left. He gave us his cell # in case we had any other questions. He's since followed up with me to make sure everything is okay and whether I had any questions. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and I expect dealing with the service department in the future will be just as smooth.

Great guys to do business with, very easy car buy!

Wish all new car purchases were this simple and stress free! Like to be as up to date as possible with reviews on places we expect to drop a chunk of cash at and even after having read reviews on the dealership in Schaumburg, we chose to give them a shot and see what was what. Got the salesman hand off/ run around, got talked down to, was made to feel like we were doing the salesman dirty by not purchasing same day after he related his family situation to us... a lot of pressure to buy, numbers they couldn't put in writing without us pushing across a credit card to show the sales manager that we were really intent on purchasing, other such nonsense. They're close to home though, which is why I imagine a lot of people end up purchasing from them. Continental Mazda gave us a experience almost exactly the opposite of Schaumburg Mazda. No pressure. No unnecessary complications. We were very satisfied with the price of the vehicle we purchased. Our salesman Gabriel was always very professional with us and however it is that they didn't have the vehicle optioned as we'd decided we wanted, he drove down to BFE Illinois an picked it up, had it ready and waiting for us when we were ready to go in and settle up. Redundant, but as I stated before, I wish all new car purchases were like the experience we had last week with Gabriel and the guys at Continental Mazda. Great place to do business!

Purchase of 2015 Mazda CX5

We found Jeremy Storino very courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He answered all our questions and explained the various features of the car when we took it for a test drive. Mark Bimel gave us the preliminary estimate and offered to work with us when we were ready to deal. We revisited Jeremy to make a deal. Our experience with Jeremy and Mark was very good and we drove off with my wife's cell phone programmed in the new SUV, thanks to Jeremy. Ron

Great service

As soon as we walked in the dealership we were greeted with friendly service. Michael Willock took his time to give us a good test drive and I could honestly say he took care of us in a very professional way. He did not pressure into buying which I like because one thing I don't like is being pressured. As for the rest of the team management, financing and technicians I also give a thumbs up. I highly recommend you experience them.

Right Place to Buy Your Mazda

friendly/courteous treatment of customers, caters to special requests, accurate diagnosis of problems, turnaround time as stated, final bill matches quotes, repairs done correctly and completely the first time. All around A+ , 0 complaints.

Great Experience

I was very interested in seeing the Mazda 2 up close but not sure I would want to buy a small car. I went to Continental to just look. I was out on the lot and had spent just enough time looking. I was just about to go in when Jeremy G. came out to answer any questions. (perfect timing for me) He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I did explain I would not purchase that day and it did not change his attitude toward helping me. He went beyond and was very interested in my concerns. I felt he was more interested in me being happy with my decision than he impressing or pressuring me. He brought me into the beautiful showroom and had me sit in the two choices I had in mind. I left that day with his business card and a lot of confidence that I had found the right car and the right person to buy it from. I never buy without a day or two to be sure. I called on Monday to set an appointment for that week to come back with my husband and purchase the car. Jeremy was the best. Everything was as professional that night as the first day. I am very happy with my car and the way I was treated by Jeremy from start to finish. I look forward to recommending Jeremy G. and Continental to everyone interested in a Mazda.
