Pleasant Experience

I hate buying a car and dealing with car salesman, but I had none of those feelings while dealing with Gabe. Everything was straight forward, no pressure and actually enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great information to help me make my decision. He even came in on his day off in order to meet my schedule. I would recommend Gabe to everyone

Great experience!

Everyone was very pleasant, helpful, courteous, and professional. My car was ready before the promised time! The team gave me a thorough service report on my car. My car was washed, vacuumed, and ready and I was on my way to other appointments right on time. Thanks for the great service!

Great customer service

Gabriel assisted me prior to my actual walk-in as I had a lease trade-in and then leased another 2014 Mazda. He was very courteous and spent the necessary time explaining the vehicle and financial options. I previously leased a Mazda 3Sport and service and maintenance for the last 42 months at Mazda was excellent. I would highly recommend either leasing or purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and asking for Gabriel.

We bought a brand new 2014 Mazda3 from Gabe at...

We bought a brand new 2014 Mazda3 from Gabe at Continental Mazda. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. He is bright, funny and straight forward. We had shopped around for cars and went to different Mazda dealerships. We got the run around from several other dealers and we never felt comfortable pulling the trigger as a result. We drove way out of the way to go to Naperville but it was well worth it. Gabe was a true professional and not your average car salesman. Thanks Gabe!

I chose Continental because of their knowledge about the...

I chose Continental because of their knowledge about the special program available to me through my employer. I had previously called another dealership closer to home and they had no clue how to help me. Jeremy answered the phone and helped me right away and invited me in that day. I went in and was immediately greeted by Mark when I walked into the dealership. Its a swanky looking dressed up showroom which sorta makes me feel that maybe they are all about show but I did not see that to be the case. I was treated well by Jeremy and hammered out a deal that i don't think I could have received at another dealer. Overall i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair deal. I love the CX-5 that i purchased and would also recommend that vehicle,

Great Experience!!

Was in the market looking for my first car that I would be purchasing (mom and dad along the way of course but my own money lol). Saw the new 2014 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring and knew it was the right car for me. Walked into the dealer and was greeted by friendly staff, Gabriel Jimenez was my sales consultant, provided great customer, and truly made the car buying experience a great. Didn't hassle, very straight to the point, and went above and beyond to get a black on black 2014 Mazda S GT hatchback (at the time was quiet tough to find) that I wanted and he delivered. Definitely would recommend Continental Mazda to anyone looking for a new Mazda. Staff was excellent and truly work with their customers, no hassles. By far a very superior dealership and extremely professional. Even when I go get the car washed still stop in to talk to Gabe. Truly happy with my first vehicle purchase and special Thanks to Continental Mazda for making it memorable.

Outstanding, No Pressure Experience

Continental Mazda was the first dealer we visited when shopping for a CX-5. We knew that was the vehicle we wanted and we planned on visiting several Mazda dealers to shop not just for a good deal, but for the integrity of the dealership. We had such a positive experience with our salesperson, Marko, and the sales manager, Mark, that we had no trouble deciding this was the place to buy our vehicle. There was no pressure, all questions answered, and we were shown what we were looking for in both new and used vehicles. We ended up purchasing a new CX-5 from Continental Mazda and couldn't be happier with the vehicle or Continental Mazda!

Great salesperson, Marko!

I bought a used Honda here. Marko, the salesman, was incredibly helpful and walked me through every step. I did have to wait quite a bit, but overall the service was great. The people were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend people ask for Marko specifically, because he was excellent!

Trustworthy technicians, great service!

I brought my vehicle in for a recall, an inspection was done and they pointed out a few things that were necessary for maintenance and no in no way were they pushy about anything. They explained what work was necessary and I felt very confident in the technicians opinion.

I had been looking for a new car for several weeks and...

I had been looking for a new car for several weeks and had visited many dealerships. After being harassed by other dealers with constant phone calls and emails, I wasn't about to give my phone number to another dealer as I walked in to Continental Mazda. To my pleasant surprise, Jeremy Storino didn't blink an eye when I told him I preferred not to give out my number. The whole experience was so much different than the other dealerships I had been in: no pressure, no hassle and all my questions answered. When I was ready to finalize the deal, I told Jeremy that I did not want any one to try to sell me extended warrant, sealcoating, etc extras. He made sure that no one approached me with those extras, so thankful for that! When I picked up the car, we had a little trouble getting the bluetooth set up with my phone and Jeremy stuck with it and wouldn't let me leave until everything was working the way I wanted and it was even after the showroom was closed. Thank you, Jeremy for the personal, no pressure experience. I am so happy with my new CX 5!
